I am a regular customer of this location. I live a few minutes away and order from this store multiple times a month. Today when I got home after picking up my order, I noticed that the amount of acai in my bowl was significantly less than it usually is. I got the regular size which comes with 2 scoops. I called the store to see if they could fix my order the next day since it was already closing time. The store associate said that she would speak with the Manger and let me know. She came back and said that the manager told her that they would not be fixing or refunding my order since I "have a history of getting refunds". This was an EXTREMELY INSULTING statement made by the manager, Yan. Given the amount of times I go, it is perfectly reasonable for there to be mistakes. I have never been rude or demanding when I have been given the wrong order. I did however bring it up to them, that's true. In no way does that mean that I'm asking for a refund, I am asking to fix the order while paying full price.
The implication that I am doing this regularly is abhorrent and deeply offensive. I have been ordering from this location so many times and only a handful of times has the order been incorrect. The implications that I'm trying to steal $10 worth of product from a business is disgusting and disappointing.

Read moreThis place does not make their smoothies and bowls well at all. They need to get some tips from places like Zest (in cbus) or even smoothie king. I’m always disappointed when I come (I tried 3 times). Last time I ordered a smoothie, the kale and ice was chunky. My vitamix does a way better job than what I was presented. Even when I had the nutrabullet, it still blended better lol. Like, get a commercial professional grade blender at the very least, or train your employees on how to use it if that’s the issue. Maybe blend the ice and kale ingredients first and then blend again after adding whey? DO SOMETHING. The whey protein completely changed the texture (not taking stars for this part, it was just weird. Never had this issue when making smoothies at home, or any other smoothie store). The smoothie bowls are not freshly prepared either - they premix the smoothie part, and leave it in the freezer. This creates a bad texture, maybe ok for to go orders where it melts a bit by the time you get home. Still, don’t see a reason why they cannot freshly prepare like other places do. ALSO, the smoothie bowls are 1/4 smoothie, 3/4 toppings. It’s a rip off, and defeats point of a SMOOTHIE bowl. I was surprised at all the 5 star ratings, but I am assuming they are from locals who have never been to a local juice/smoothie store. Read moreOk here's the deal. This is one of my new favorite places to eat. I thoroughly enjoy the bowls and don't mind the price tag. The problem I have and the reason I only scored a 1 star is the service. I have been here at least 10 times this past March and into April. Several times I have ordered online and sat by the doordash area only to be ignored by employees. One time my son was with me and said " excuse me can I get my online order?" After waiting 10 minutes getting ignored. I still kept my peace and made excuses. Trust me I am a very tolerate person. Finally today I was upset because I placed the online order at 10:22 and my order didn't get done until 11:25. I thought that was excessive and didn't really understand why? Finally got the text that my order was done and stood for 1 minute (I learned my lesson from experience you see?) And then leaned over the top and grabbed my order myself. Mr. Owner, no need to reply, just hire some secret shoppers if you don't believe me and investigate it yourself.
