Interesting experience here (Rolled Ice Cream specific review). Pros: the rolled ice cream was very good. You also get to watch it being made. Cons: it takes a long time to make! Also it was quite unclear for a first-timer how the flavors worked. An I’ve cream is $7 each (which makes sense given the labor!). Lastly they were out of Matcha which was a bummer because that’s what brought the wife in, in the first place. It wasn’t busy when we were there but the process to make our two ice creams was 10 mins or so. Was fun to watch it, but if they were busy I can see that wait compounding quickly. We tried the Strawberry Oolong Fruit Tea with Passionfruit Popping Boba; also tried the Banana Pudding rolled ice cream with several toppings. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of fun toppings and flavors to add on! Staff was awesome and service was fast. There’s seating right outside the building or a little open seating area right around the corner with chairs and umbrellas.

The shop seems cramped and small, there were not enough people on shift and the place was so busy!
