From the second, I entered the store I was utterly disgusted by the scent, the cleanliness and the presence of your employers. First of all, we all ordered a meal with drinks, and yet our cashier failed to provide us with a cup. If I recall correctly, I think her name was Edith and this type of customer service is unacceptable. After I have been a loyal customer to noodle and Company for years. From one from the second, I sat down at the table I noticed it was filled with crumbs, and it smelled horribly disgusting. That made me feel nauseous. Second of all, I ordered a mac & cheese, which is usually my go to, but today when I received it, the cheese was shredded and cold, and I could not eat it without feeling sick Additionally, I ordered the garlic bread and the cheese fell off and strips and it was fried and full of salt and pepper, which gave me a stroke. Let’s talk about your straws. The fact that you have paper straws and you’re just trying to save the turtles instead of using plastic straws it’s a good cause however the paper was falling apart in my mouth and dissolving with each and every sip. Also, when I ordered the tortellini with spinach, it seemed more like a salad and then noodles to me. This was a major inconvenience, because I am a very busy person and I had to get in and get out however, this entire experience just made me feel like I will never be able to walk back in those doors again sorry that you had to lose a faithful and loyal customer today, but hopefully your employees and your cleanliness will be improved after this...

I had ordered pad Thai and the noodles were not cooked, there was absolutely no sauce in my order. So when I got home I had to throw away 10$ worth of food. I called right away so poke with the manager Taylor she said they would send out coupon for my next return. A week went by i went in to ask her about it and said they were being sent out the next day. Another week went by, I never received it, I called and spoke to holly this time. She took down my address yet again, and said they'd be sent. This has been going on for a month now and i still haven't received any sort of refund or coupon. It is disrespectful to dick around paying customers and not keep your word as to making sure the customer is satisfied. Hmm. Makes me rethink their "100%...

This place used to be great, but now it's dirty and inconsistent. My daughter and I both ordered the same dish - Pad Thai - and they looked like two different things. Hers was light and undercooked, mine was dark and almost burnt. From my seat - and I'm writing this within the first 60 minutes of their opening - I can see trash and crumbs under every one of the cushions on the bench seat. The table tent on my table has food remnants on all three sides. The grout and tile is nasty. The soda machine hasn't had a great cleaning in a while. There is a gross smell from the minute you walk in. The list goes on. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. I guess my family will...
