What the Tux! — Local services in Delaware

The tux that we ordered was 3 days late coming in. The woman didn’t know when it would arrive only said before prom. After I said we would not shop there again. She hung up. The woman was very rude and argumentative. When the tux did finally come in the pants were too big as well as the jacket. We kept them only out of fear that they would not be done in time as prom was 2 days away. The shoes were also too big and he had to settle with hideous loafers with glitter. He didn’t not even wear the pants he borrowed a pair from a friend. They are way overpriced, rude and unprofessional.they did not offer replacements or a discount or any other solution for their mistakes. We will definitely go somewhere else next time!! Completely...

I don't want to tell you how good of an experience I had because I don't want to give this gem of a store away to others. I want to keep it my secret play when I'm in a pinch for a tux or suit. The ladies at What The Tux went above and beyond to help us get a tux for my 6'4" husband 3 days before an event during prom season. I have 3 sons that I will absolutely be returning here for! I've never been married so I was unsure as to what all went into trying on dresses. Laura was incredibly helpful and super understanding!!!
