I feel betrayed by the officer the fact that I am a women and every time I go to drug test the officer push the door open the bathroom today I request a female there was 2 one of them rises the voice just because I know my right and is violating my private part while I am doing the urine test also my lawyer requested to buy out the community service on April I went to the court house today 6/26/25 because I ask to request a hearing none of what the officer said is what the judge requested they violated my rights my pay out community service the officer never send the receive to court I have my bank statement proof and also instead of immobilization my vehicle that I have the accident I surrender my license plate instead I used a scooter as I know only the car got involved need to be immobilized as well I have my dads vehicle as a co signed that doesn’t mean I have that car on me the officer ask me to immobilize my dad cars, I buy out the community service and ask as well to donate $250 for victims service, I am a full time student Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 10 pm and Monday to Sunday I work at a dental clinic from 7:45 am to 5 pm I’ve been paid more than that I request from the judge I noticed that my fine in probation change from $500 to $1.000 not only that today 6/26/25 I submitted a complaint in court because I have been harassment by a probation officer abused by is authority in 2012 the officer Lawrence montekio as a lawyer he have been suspended by the bureau how a lawyer been suspended and revoked is working as an officer on a probation system during my probation period he has been negligent with my probation case not only disrespecting me regarding my privacy as a woman during my urine test , as well lacking of knowledge of what the judge requested my community hour included my pay out saying that I still have to do my community hour not knowing that my lawyer ask for buy out and donate to victims service as well me not knowing that all the balance of the court fee and others is all included in one bill and my community hrs paid on April $250 without informing that the bill is not settled individually I went to court 6/26/2025 requests for form for his act I don’t know how the system works but if he is being revoked as a lawyer at the bureau what I can do I’m not drug addicted I got arrested under medicine after I got released from emergency room after pneumonia and Covid that officer is...

I’ve met my probation officer ONCE in 4 check ins. She’s on medical leave for over 3 months, no one can tell me when she will be back, also can not get ahold of her. With my work schedule need AM check ins but apparently they cannot accommodate that for me either and I will just lose my job. Very over weight staff. Over eating is a serious problem as well.
