They are very good. Know what they are doing so even if very busy they can take care of more than one customer and do a good job. When they sit with you, very careful...not rushed.I have seen some bad reviews, if they are so, there is probably more to story. The staff here are very professional and calm, low key. The pictures I have seen...more to that story, if bad..I am sure. If you want a full spa experience, make appointment and let them know exactly what you want. They are busy, and if you walk in, which I have done myself, they are careful to take care of each customer, and do a good job regardless, but if you want a luxury experience, call ahead. Otherwise, even as a walk in and on busy day, I have gotten my nails...perfect. If I don't know what color I want...they pick one...always spot on. Perfect. If I see they are busy, but would like a pedicure...I wait..I don't take advantage of their time, as they want each person to get what they came in for. Having a mani-pedi is a luxury. The staff know this , and try to give that experience. There's a picture of some nails that were done there...excuse me, but I do not think that could of happened. And if so...the person who did it. Is no longer there I am sure. No way the staff at US Nails...

I cannot recommend this establishment at all. I paid for a manicure and pedicure on a Saturday. The following Saturday I noticed a pain in my big toe and one in my finger. On Monday I realized that I had an infection in both. That afternoon I stopped in to talk to them about my situation and explore a remedy and ask for a refund. instead of discussing the situation calmly and rationally the owner and technician literally got in my face and started arguing me and refusing to take any responsibility.I admit that getting an infection in a finger is possible but to also develop one in my toe at exactly the same time is not a coincidence. I will not speculate how I developed a fungus infection after my visit but instruments used on each customer should be sterilized and sanitized and opened in front of each client, this did not happen with my visit. Stop! Please rethink going here. The workmanship is absolutely terrible. See pictures. My daughters finger nails and toe nails were never completely dry after she was told to leave. The tech globed the nail polish on her fingers and toes. A none employee had to help my daughter remove the nail polish from her cuticles before leaving. The tech had nail polish all over her cuticles that she was supposed to have cut. We went back 2 hours later to have them fixed but were refused after the very arrogant women owner starting yelling at us. The worst part is my daughter paid and I paid as well.
