O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Dennis

A few weeks ago, I had stopped into this new O’Reilly’s location to simply look around at different batteries, as I was in need of a new one. My initial plan was just to order one off Amazon, but I figured i Should just poke around there and look instead. I’m incredibly happy I did so, as the service and the battery were above and beyond my expectations! The guys were extremely helpful and very pleasant, They offered to come out to my vehicle uninstall the old battery and reinstall my new battery. While I have assumed this is offered at many locations, I never have had somebody actually offer to do so an other stores I had been to prior….What would’ve taken me much longer to do myself, they did in minutes! I will go again when I’m in need of any new parts and/or batteries thanks again guys much...

This store is the best! It is well stocked and very reasonably priced. I give a special thank you to Michael at the parts counter for helping me. He is so friendly and welcoming. He found the parts I needed and even looked stuff up online. And then helped me with my car...I never expected that! Exceptional service! We had a problem with our car in a Sunday. The check engine light came on along with other dashboard lights. The O’Reilly employee checked our OPD faults as well as our battery. He determined what part we needed and would even order it for us. He was very patient, knowledgeable and gave us the peace of mind that we would be okay until we got to our mechanic on Monday.
