The place is super clean and always pretty friendly! I’ve been more than familiar with vapeway for about 4 years now.. the only thing is as of lately there’s this one man who is obviously completely clueless in this industry. I’ve even had to lead customers in the right direction for the man myself and I’m a customer myself LOL. It’s happened a few times where he just makes our experience prolonged because he isn’t familiar with any vapes or any of the pieces . Please train your staff or make sure they are equipped enough to get people in and out fast! Complete difference compared to other staff that will give me info and suggestions etc in several different products. The difference is impossible to miss. Stopped at THE VAPE WAY in Dennis Port yesterday. I needed to pickup some E-juice because I was concerned I might not have brought enough with me, while vacationing on the Cape. The young man who took care of me was very helpful. I did not get his name, but he had told me he used to live in the Brockport NY area (close to my hometown). They did not carry my regular brand of tobacco flavor liquid, so the store employee carefully matched me up with a close match by doing a smell test. He did a GREAT JOB at finding me something suitable. Absolutely the best vape shop around! The chick that works there is super knowledgeable, kind and always greets me with a smile. (Nice to see people happy at their jobs) she knows exactly what I need and if I ever want to switch it up she takes the time to explain my options and doesn't just sell me something I don't need!
