I recently added a vintage Seiko School Time to my collection and took it to these guys for a repair. The crystal was cracked right on top and I wanted to make sure it functioned correctly. I went in and asked how much it was to size a ring and he said what i thought was 16. I asked 16 or 60? He said 16 again. I said , one - six ? He said yes. I leave the ring and he charged me 60 after it was repaired. I was thinking maybe he didnt understand what I asked , but he's english got better after I payed the 60.
