I’d give ZERO stars if that were an option.
I went here to get a phone replacement and upon my first time in the store I was told that my new phone would be overnighted to the location for a next day pick up. When arriving home I discovered that ALL of the information on my receipt was for another customer, except with my phone number. Email, name, address, everything was for another person. So, second time going back to the store and while we assumed Jessica Prater (the manager) fixed the issue she gave us no updated information or paperwork on how to check for updates on our order. She also then told me that it would be 1-2 days for the new phone to arrive, no biggie! Two days past and I head to the store to see if the phone is in and was told the phone had not been shipped yet. Ok, I’ll come back tomorrow, because yet again, was told it would be overnighted. My husband returns to the store today (10/10/2024) to see if the phone had arrived and was told “ we don’t have it, and our system is down so we can’t check for it!” So once I get off work I go up there to get some answers, only to be “greeted” by a very nasty individual by the name of Vanessa. She went to call Jessica to get the correct information regarding my order, because of the issue with another persons name on my account and came back to tell me, “Jessica told you that it would be a week for pick up!” I explained to her that, she didn’t and also mentioned how we were already told many different stories on when we’d receive our order. She began to argue with me, “ actually, I know she told you 1 week!” I explained that she wasn’t even there to which she got upset, and attempted to walk away before I stopped her to ask for Jessica’s supervisor’s information. She just wanted to argue. Eventually, a young man name MJ came to assist me and was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get some type of answers, instead of pushing us out and on our way. Five stars for this young man! He should be the manager over Jessica. It’s as if she has no clue as to what she’s doing. Terrible customer service!! DO BETTER BEST...
Read morePurchased the geek squad protection plan and took in my HP specter laptop for repairs. Laptop was just over a year old and probably has less than 100 hours of on time. The keyboard was not working. It was returned a day later with the keyboard still not working. I returned to the store the following and day and asked if they even tested it. They took the laptop again and called me the following day stating it had "water droplets" in the keyboard and they couldn't fix it because the plan does not cover water damage. I asked if they took it apart and they told me no because they could see the water by looking at the keyboard from an angle. Of course they offered to show me new $2,000 laptops to replace it with. I took it to another shop in town who actually took it apart and said there was zero evidence of water damage; it just needed a new keyboard. $240 later and it works just fine. I brought my phone in one time, with an appointment, and they couldn’t replace the battery because “their technician has to clock out in two hours”. Brought my wife’s car in, with an appointment, and they refused to install the backup camera we had scheduled due to “time constraints”. Came back a second time and their installer was out with the flu. No text, no voicemail, one call while my wife was not at her phone and a text to me to CONFIRM the appointment the morning of. This is the most ridiculously mismanaged joke I have ever seen. Good luck talking to anyone on the phone either. Their online tech support doesn’t understand and the store will not answer the phone or return voicemails. Thanks for ruining two Saturday’s I took off to take care of this...
