Fun idea. We stopped in to check it out as I'd never seen a location before. It's a nice change from typical fast food. Quesadillas were cooked well and the meat was tasty. I got the Hot Hatch because I love spicy food, but it unfortunately wasn't spicy at all to me. It tasted just ok, but I was hoping for some heat. My wife got the Lone Star and it was delicious. DIllas is fast food, but if you want a change of pace from Cabana or Bell it's worth checking out.

Sides were good. Fries were generously seasoned and really fresh. Everything tasted like it was made to order even though the drive thru was busy. I like that they had an employee outside helping with orders like Chick-fil-a, and they had a tent set up so the employee didn't bake too much in the August sun.

-1 star because the soda is a rip off and I wanted more spiciness. Ok, all soda is 98% profit, but the Coke and Dr Pepper tasted like they turned the syrup mix all the way down to squeeze every extra cent they could. I could not wait to try this place! I went today 06/22/2021. I ordered through the drive thru. The person taking the drive-thru order had a wonderful customer service voice! That alone made the small wait worth it and I hadn’t even tried their food yet. Next was the person at the window. She confirmed my order (it was perfect) and took my payment. I don’t live super close so I am always worried that something will be left out of my bag but that was not the case tonight! I even saw them take every thing out of the bag to make sure it was all correct! I did wait a little time in the line but it was not tooo bad considering they are busy and brand new. They apologized for the wait and gave me a coupon for a reg. Dilla. It was not needed at all but totally shows they are all about customer service!!
