A friend and I just left here and I have to say I am completely disappointed in the attitude from the manager and the general manager. We found a spider in our food and in private I brought the manager over to show him the spider. He seemed to show no care and asked if we wanted another sandwich as if common sense would not tell you that you should give a customer another sandwich or their money back when their is a bug in their food.
When he came back with the sandwich I was trying to explain to him that we were not complaining to complain but for them to be self aware. He cut me off and said thanks and walked away.
At this point I felt like he did not care enough so I brought the general manager over in private and explained the situation to her. She spoke to the manager and said he said it was a piece of charcoal that might have fallen from the grill. What an insult. You have two people seeing that there was clearly a spider and we showed the manager. I should have taken a picture.
The general manager left and came back with a gift certificate as if free things solve anything. I explained to her that I care for the safety of others and wanted them to be aware and that when customers do make a complaint when it comes to health and safety of others that her managers convey the message to her and not just not say anything like this manager did. She said they all care for the safety of others.
Based on my conversations with the general manager and manager it just seemed like they were not taking the situation seriously and thought a certificate and apology would solve things and there was no bug in the food to begin with. Have some genuine care when a customer does bring up a concern.
Lord I had to restrain hood self from coming out because of the careless attitude. But I wrote this review and will never come back to this location. Maybe next time a customer finds a bug in their food they will not do what I did by talking to the managers in private kindly but...
Read moreIt’s always a great day at Chick-Fil-A (CFA) and today was no different. I love that they know my name, since I’m there regularly LOL, and they work hard to give me the best possible fast food experience. Where places like McDonalds, Wendy’s, Burger King, Popeye’s, etc. fail to connect to each customer, however brief, CFA must have customer service and a positive experience built into their business plan.
Even when the occasional mistake happens and they get something in my order wrong, ordering for a family of 6 tends to have that effect on any restaurant LOL, CFA has been phenomenal at doing whatever they can to make it right without charging me if they made the mistake and even offered gift cards on some occasions just for my inconvenience. CFA has never made me feel like I’m being interrogated when I bring an issue to the staffs attention, unlike their competitors. Some of the other fast food places I mentioned have given me poor service and a bad attitude if I bring up an issue with my order or they attempt to argue with me about my order, to which I reply with kindness and respect hoping to help their day be better and I do not return to that location. Look, I know that a family of 6 is considered a BIG family in today’s standards, but that is no reason to be short or nasty toward the customer if you make a mistake on their order. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes from time to time.
So this is why I speak so highly of CFA, not because they’re perfect, but because they work hard to make it right when they make a mistake and because they focus on the customer service and experience more than how many orders they can fill or how much money can they make in a day. My family will continue to frequent CFAs as long as they keep this...
Read moreI normally love to eat at this location. It's not that I hated this previous visit, but I didn't feel like I got the same treatment that I have always had in the past.
I was greeted and the door did get opened for me as well as having a courteous cashier take my order, even though I w as s waiting to order for a minute or so before someone noticed me. I get it. They can be busy.
My food was taken to me with efficiency, but as I was eating, half of my nuggets I had to eat around a lot of chicken fat that looked very unpleasant. To all of my experiences at any chic fil a, I have never ever came across chicken that looks like this batch I received.
I waited several minutes for someone to check on me, I am was surprised to see that thus time, not one employee checked on me to see how I was doing or if they can take my food away, even though every time before that they were really great at that.
I finally was able to grab a lady's attention to bring to her attention my nuggets that I wasnt satisfied with. She looked at it, but told me that is what the chicken is supposed to be like, and I was hoping she wouldn't disagree with a customer and just make my visit more pleasant by helping me out a little. I had to ask her to grab me 4 nuggets if she could. She did. But when she brought them back, she just put them on the table without a glance or any niceness. It made me feel like I made her job inconvenient.
I am sorry for this critique, but I do love coming to this place and I know it isnt going be perfect every time, but I just wanted to share my...
