Came here last night after a long day of work to gather some last minute things for a friend's move in bash. Stood at the register for a good 15 minutes to have the man go on and on about the credit card deal thing. I kept asking him to just ring me up, I wasn't interested. Over and over. Yet he would interrupt me to go on and on about how his friend has it and all the things she gets. Then asks me why I'm not interested. Not that it's any of his business to even ask, being polite, I say I'm moving to Italy soon, so I'm not in need of it. This sparks him to go on and on about how Europe has these too and I'll need to but clothes and all these other stores involved. This is a big reason why people shop online now days. We can't go anywhere without someone trying to get us to sing up for a credit card we don't need, or a program, or subscription of some sort. And even after saying no, being bombarded about it is absolutely ridiculous. Your co worker needs to be taught to take no for an answer. There is a line building up and he was the one one checking out. They had to call for help just because he went on a long spill about this card. I get it that yall are trying to promote it and you have a number to hit with it, but I will never step foot in this store because of this guy that checked me out. My friends that got checked out by him that night were very upset over him going on this long ridiculous trying ti get us to sign up after being repeated told no. We should have to say no once, and move on, check...
Read moreWorst Home Goods I have been too, no customer service whatsoever. I watched a make employee harass a customer. For as many people working (doing inventory or re arrange displays day) not one of them said hello, how are you, can I help you. The store is very very messy. And for all the people in the store only two were ringing people up and the line was 12+ deep. When I finally got to the register the girl just threw all my glass and mirror items in bags and one of my items didn’t have a price. Instead of saying anything to me she asked someone for a price check and then stood at the counter in the cash wrap on her phone ignoring me. I left with out the item they were price checking because it took to long and the girl was so rude and unfriendly. I will not be returning, I will go to my usual Highland Village store. DO NOT COME HERE EXPECTING ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. If customers didn’t come to your store you wouldn’t have a...
Read moreEmployees need to manage the way people are shopping for the Halloween Hello Kitty blankets. My friend has gone every day for a month straight and still can’t beat the resellers. The last time a worker told her to wait and that “there was a bunch in the back”, then the worker went to the backroom for an hour, came out and said they didnt put them out bc there was a reseller in the store and the watch on the cameras who is looking for hello kitty to avoid putting them out. After an hour and a half waiting the worker came back and said there was none left after initially saying they were gatekeeping them in the back. I understand the workers are probably sick of talking to customers about HK but how many of the employees are reselling themselves and why are resellers being more successful when my friend has put in the same effort going in every morning to...
