Went here to shop for jewelry for stretched ears. We forgot the size and asked the manager if they had the tool to measure them. She very rudely said "no, we haven't done that since 2020." The last half of that was unnecessary and patronizing. The hot topic next door has the tool to measure, she could have politely suggested to measure there. We even thought about going to do that, and then going back to purchase jewelry (we didn't like the selection at HT) but decided to just go elsewhere and not give them...

I went in with my husband last night to look at some jewelry, the manager Alex was very very rude. She kept telling us that she couldn't leave the case open so he could look, then tried to slam the door shut on my husband's hand. She did hit him with the door, so we left and went to Hot topic to get the gauges. We went back into Spencer's after and asked for a card and Alex said she couldn't find one. Very very very bad customer service. Loss of profit for the company....

I went in today with some friends and I was planning on buying jewelry and some Adult Products but we got driven out by a super rude employee. I just made a joke to my friend about how some of the products I'd gotten from there had broken out of the package (which was true, and was also a lighthearted joke) and she came over and snapped at me and told me to leave the store. Super rude and uncalled for and it made my entire group extremely...
