*In the United States, a tip is not legally required and the amount of the tip is left to the discretion of the customer.
We came here not long ago and today sunday the 30th of 2023. At the entrance on the right, one of the waitresses is hungry for money, our first experience with her, we made the double payment, sister & husband cash and card, and she took the cash and the card. my sister was charged more (we asked for half) and gave my husband cash when she brought the change missing $20. no money no tip" she spoked that annoyed us so much she had taken our $20 thinking we wouldn't notice.
Well today she did something similar, we were going to tip the front desk no problem. And she once again mentioned "No tips", no money? we answered No! She said I can't clean the table if you don't leave a tip. You have to give me tips, I serve the table. My sister invited us to eat this time, we didn't have cash, she paid, and she left $8, what was left over, the lady left angry with a bad attitude! We did not know that it was the law to tip, nor did we know that it was an obligation for them to steal money. People, keep in mind that I know I'm not the only one. I know more people with this same situation.. I will probably never return here, some time soon we had dinner at night with another waitress to the left of the entrance and she is not like this.. They have the wrong people and we will not return, second try here with the...
Read moreI took my granddaughter and family to eat at this restaurant. The food was good but not warm enough. The waitress was horrible. She swept the floor throwing food particles or something at our table while we were eating, never offered refills of drinks. Stared at us the entire time . My granddaughter was being polite and picked up her empty plate and hand it to this woman. She snatched the plate right out her hand (forcibly) pulling her arm across the table. She's only 11 and it scared her. I asked this lady what she was doing and she just looked at me with no response. When she brought the bill I handed her my credit card. When she came back she stood at the table leaned over my shoulder to see what her tip would be. I was so pissed I covered the receipt left her a lousy $5.00 tip. I folded the receipt in half and laid it on the tray. This woman stood in front of the table, unfolded the receipt and looked at me really pissed. This is the second time we have gone there. The first time was as bad! The same lady was our waitress. That time the food was around $27.00. I paid with my credit card and left her a $9.00 cash tip on the table. She started yelling at me in front of other customers about the tip. I chalked it up as she was just having a bad . We will never never go here again. She needs to retire or find...
Read moreTheir online hours say they are open till 9:30 on Thursday. So I drove all the way across town only to get there and see on the door that they actually close at 9pm. Which seemed fine because I got there at 8.Only to get inside and have them tell me they close at 8:45. This is bad business practice. I knew the food would have been sitting out for a bit but I was willing to try it based on a good recommendation from a friend. So I didn’t expect much. And the food was already made so it wouldn’t take me long to eat.
This food was some of the worst food I have ever experienced in my life. I cannot come even close to imagining that most it was even good when it came out fresh either. The hot and sour soup was ok. Some of the pre made deserts were ok. most of it was pretty terrible. I also felt a little rushed while eating, but honestly wanted to get out of there pretty fast as I quickly ran out of any decent food to eat out of the several food items I grabbed to try.
This is experience was $17.99 before tip. I do not think I will ever be...
