Altar'd State Cherry Creek — Local services in Denver

Absolutely not happy with Altar’d State. I’ve been shopping here for six years and never had this bad of an experience that I did today. I walk in and was greeted by two brunette employees. I was NOT check on or attended to once I walked in. I had at least 5 items and none of the two girls came and asked if I needed a fitting room. There was also no one at the fitting room and just those two girls standing around. I got a fitting room and noticed that they were helping other people and not me which made me feel very excluded. I almost didn’t want to buy anything due to those actions. There was hardly anyone in the store so doesn’t make sense how they won’t even help me. One of the girls finally checks me out and I did get her name which is “Paige”. Paige and the other girl she was with were extremely rude and showed bad customer service. Unfortunately I’ll have to start going to the Park Meadows...

Took my Sisters to Cherry Creek, for lunch and a bit of shopping. Walked into Altar'd States, and was pleasantly surprised. The Staff was very friendly and professional, but what made my Sisters and I sit up and take notice, was the prayer request book that was there that let anyone put down their specific requests. The Salesperson informed us that at the end of the day the Staff got together and prayed for those who made their requests known.

I have never seen this kind of attitude before in any store and their compassion is what impressed me the most. Well that, and I got my Sister a blue wrap which she loves, so all in all it was a very good day. Bravo Zulu to the Compassionate Staff at Altar'D State. You have my business...

Right away I was instantly attracted to this store from the HUGE butterfly wings out front. I knew that was a sign that I was going to love this store. I was greeted right away and tended to. Both girls Melissa and Frances were lovely at making sure I was happy with my purchases and if I had any questions about anything they were there to help. Not only were they attentive, but also super sweet and friendly which just added to the great atmosphere in there. If a CEO or manager is reading this, PLEASE GIVE THESE GIRLS A RAISE. We are from out of state and it is so refreshing to have people who actually WANT to help you. They made us feel welcome 💗 10/10 recommend this store and...
