Most of my experiences have been nice. I stopped one day and they made my order wrong. I said “excuse me ladies” to the two young women working behind the counter. One of them turned and glared at me. I explained the issue and she simply turns around and says nothing grabs the drink. I told her if there was an issue remaking my order then I’d kindly take a refund. With her back turned against me she said nothing. There’s much more to this story. Her name was “Jay”. I went to the other side to chat with the manager on duty. She told me that if I wanted eye contact that I should come to the register. I’ve never experienced a manager correcting a customers behaviors instead of the employees. I sent an email on the 12th and had to send another on the 26th to get a response. Read moreVery surprised they don’t use a name system for orders here… especially when there was a line of customers. Went here out of convenience (needed a coffee pick-me-up at the mall). Ordered a large iced coffee and smoothie. The smoothie was prepared rather quickly but the iced coffee (which should have been quickest) was never called. Then orders from people behind us in line were being called… no names! The people just before us had grabbed two large iced coffees and quickly left. I can’t help but think that my drink was snagged by the group ahead of me. BUT I do believe a name system should have been utilized as the person taking orders was not the same person preparing and calling out orders. The manager who took my order was rushing me and immediately left to go to a meeting right after my order he didn’t tell no one to place my breakfast burrito to warm up, so I waited 30 minutes! Wasted my whole break waiting for my food just to get sick right after I eat it! They overdid it with the Matcha and didn’t add any vanilla. Oh, and the croissants that are in the showcase is what they serve you. The almond croissant I got was harder than a crouton, so I just threw it out! Wasted $22 And a whole lunch break!
