Was told they would have the purple pin stripe jersey in a medium. Show up and all they had was the purple in a large with no name. I go to another store and get the plain purple pin stripe, go back to the stadium to have them press on Blackmon. Only for them to press the B & L together and not space them at all. When showing me the jersey they wouldn't let me take a good look at it to check the quality and immediately folded it and threw it into a bag for me and rushed me out the store. $150 spent for a botched jersey. Only until I got home and unpacked all my things I bought that I noticed it, called and they said I would have to take it to a separate tailor (I'd have to pay for) to have the letters replaced and repressed. Will never purchase a jersey from them again nor let them touch it for...

I am over-the-moon pleased with the customer service and my recent experience. 3 years ago I bought a jersey with custom # and name. Wore it once and got home to Utah to find the numbers/letters peeled off. I called back and they invited me to bring it back. Since I only come out every couple of years, I let it go. Just this June, we were out for two games. The nicest gentleman was running the personalization just outside the store. I had my jersey with me and he said he'd fix it....but....he was out of one of the letters I needed. He kept my jersey, fixed it and shipped it back to me (at no expense). Thanks for taking good care of this life long Rockies...

This is truly a great place for the major league baseball fan, especially a Rockies fan, but be ready to spend some money, well worth it. I bought a Todd Helton jersey, they didn't have any in stock, so they customized one for me, in about 45 minutes. Had some other errands to run, when I came back, the jersey was ready. They don't have the patches on the jerseys, so you have to buy those separately, and go to a dry cleaning store to stitch them one, but a great store.
