Update! Moving this to a 1 star. One of the worst places I've ever been to experience and food wise. We were seated immediately before out time allotted. The wait unfortunately took a long time to get to us with water, food, and even drinks. He would stand over in the corner and just hang out as we were waiting for him. When it came time to order we though no queso meant no cheese and had even said no cheese, however that may not have been heard. Talked with the manager and unfortunately this manager wasn't taught customer service at all. Very unfortunate for a large establishment at the stadium. When you ask for no cheese/no queso that is what on expects especially being dairy free. Unfortunately it came out with cheese still on it. The manager argued over the cheese as well. The waiter and manager I experienced were both terrible unprofessional. Being in the customer service industry you often expect more especially paying good money to dine and have drinks. Very unfortunate. Hope this is a lesson learned. Cheers! Oh, as I was leaving after trying to explain the situation to the manager and after he blew me off, the manager told me to never come back again. Super classy!

Heard all about it, fought really hard to get through the traffic and crowds, made it in time, and was so excited to watch the game from the amazing seats! 👍 The greeter was nice enough. As we walked down, there were ample unused aeats, we felt great. We got great seats, until the usher told his he went too far, we were on 17 and 18. 🤷‍♂️ Right behind a huge structural pole. 🤷‍♂️ With plenty of empty seats next to us, we got the one that couldn't see the pitcher, 1st base, or home plate. 😢 My advice, only do the buffet if the greeter likes you. Still a fun stadium and a good time at the roof top bars. All the other staff was more than gracious and hard working. Much appreciate their efforts! Pics are of our seats, and the other pairs that were open eg whole game. 🤷‍♂️

Rudest staff I have ever experienced. Do not go to this restaurant until they clean up their act! We had parents in from out of town, first Coors Field experience, refused to let us take a family photo on the overlook for 20 seconds 🤔 We had a reservation and surrounding tables were empty, so we utilized a chair from the empty table. They argued with us that we MUST sit at our table in the event that “someone” showed up for the empty table. We graciously said we will move if that’s the case and the manager continued to argue. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Never again. Do not go here. Empty table photos below.

If I could give no stars, I would. This was the worst experience me and my family have had at a restaurant, We specifically went to the rockies games to have the experience in the bar and grill on April 19th. The game started at 6:40pm, our reservation was at 6:45pm, the perfect time to sit down and watch first pitch. We showed up early to the restaurant at 5:30pm, they took my name and said our reservation is for 640 so to wait and come back around 630pm because someone was still eating at our table and they told us the table number was 510. So we left walked around the rockies statium, we came back at 630 and they took my name again, they said the table was still taken but that theyre almost done about 645 they called us up by my name and we went to sit down right in time for first pitch, we sat down and not even 2 seconds later, a lady names janice who worked at the front came over and asked for our name again, the reservation was under my name we gave it again for the 4th time and she says we werent at the right table and she had to move us from table 510, the table we waited over an hour for, she takes us to the bar tops and tries to sit us there where we cant see the field at all and not to mention i had my 15 month old daughter with us, she took us from a table to a bar top where ppl who are drinking would constantly be walking behind my daughter. When we told her our concerns and said we waited for that table not a bar top she said sorry this is where your going to sit, we ended up having to leave for my daughters safety and waiting over an hour for a table that they didnt even give us. We ended up missing the first pitch and since we had to argue with janice about it we missed the first inning by the time we got to our seats, this ruined out rockies games experience by a land slide, the grill was the main reason we even went to the game. We will never be going back here again and I do not recommend anyone to go to this grill. I dont know if this was a race issue as me and my family are Hispanic, but janice was very very rude. DO...

I usually don't slam a restaurant like this, but when it's level of incompetency, I must warn future diners.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was there yesterday for Opening Day of the Rockies with my colleague and a couple clients. So many problems. First, to make a reservation I called the Grille and spoke to Daryl. He was nice and asked me to make my reservation online. So I went online and made a 12 o’clock reservation, game time was 2:10 PM. When we arrived at Coors Field however, the gates didn’t open until 12:30 PM. At 12:30 we went up to the Mountain Ranch Grille. We were greeted by Daryl who handed us off to someone else to be seated. They sat us in the back corner which was not great, but they were nice. We ordered our drinks and some nachos. That took about 20 to 30 minutes to get our drink order and nachos out. At that time we ordered our entrées. We got a couple sandwiches, a burger and a salad. Those took almost an hour. Other tables came and left that were larger than ours but for whatever reason our waiter, Paul, couldn’t find our food. When the food did arrive, the order was messed up, and the buns on the sandwiches were rockhard. Because of the restaurants delay we missed the opening ceremonies, the flyover, and almost the first pitch. I will NEVER go back to this place and cannot recommend that anyone looking for good food, good service, or good atmosphere, ever go to the Mountain Ranch Grille.

And after spending over 90 minutes there and almost $200, the waiter although slightly apologetic, didn't provide any financial compensation or anything to rectify the...

Family has been a 15+ year season ticket holders. Been coming here forever it seems. This place has been going down faster than the Rockies in the world series vs Boston. Every year the food and service gets worse, especially since Valerie at the front desk left. She was awesome. On this particular day, we arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and the table wasnt ready. No big deal. We posted up by the bar and waited with two other families in the same boat. We watched as all of the tables were cleared and prepped to go...and we waited...and waited. 45 minutes and two innings later we were seated...after every other table/reservation was seated. Literally the thrid to arrive for game time reservations and the last to be seated. Still...no big deal. They clearly forgot about us. It happens. Whats INSULTING IS TRYING TO LIE ABOUT IT SHANNON. Yes you Shannon at the front desk. How dare you stand there and lie to me saying the table wasnt ready and then try to lecture me. Ive been coming here Shannon, you just got here. Just admit you messed up and forgot about us. Now I got to tell the world about how terrible you are at your job. Besides that, our waiter Eric was super cool and should take Shannons job and pay. Happy fathers day. You guys owe me two innings of a...
