Freaky's Smoke Shop VII Sante Fe — Local services in Denver

I must have hella high standards because when i walk into any retail location i always hope someone will accommodate me with a simple “hi” or even a “hello”….

Walked in on 7/10 today and was not greeted at all. Said, “Happy 710!!!!” With a huge smile but…. nothing but crickets*

Sat and stared at the glass by the front door and no one offered to open the case for me. So i just left lol. - willing and ready to buy this $35 piece. Kinda frustrating when you wanna support a local chain but end up feeling awkward or like a burden for wanting to buy cheap china glass….

I will say, Great prices for great cheap glass. But the unprofessional staff is the reason why i will not be coming back to this Freaky’s or any other Freaky’s anytime soon. If someone walks in, no matter who they are, should always be greeted with kind human interaction….no interaction what so ever as someone is staring into your cases is just mind boggling to me.

Customer service is so important for niche customers. But, its all love, just an opinion, and like a**holes every one has them! Im sure one day...

I was instantly greeted as I walked through the door. I was promptly assisted in finding the item I was looking for, although for my item they didn't have a lot of choices upon looking around the store they had many choices for many of the items that you would go there for. While I was waiting to purchase my item, I was listening to questions the patrons were asking the associates regarding their items, and I found each question was answered with very knowledgeable and precise answers about the products. They knew prices by heart and didn't need to do that annoying scan at register to see price bit. Dealing with young sales associates is not one of my favorite things, but at these stores, they remind me that not all young associates deserve that label. The only bad part about any of it was the parking and possibly the prices are high. But something I would gladly pay and deal with for knowledgeable associates who actually can fully answer my questions without making me feel dumber for...

A++ ON MERCHANDISE BOTH OPTIONS & AVAILABILITY 👍👍 only thing would suggest (in positive and helpful tone of course😜 lol no REALLY!) is to have MOST employees, if not all/any working there, either current employees or an upcoming one, take a mandatory educational day or 2 at random times a year and have them taught functionality or at LEAST just SHOWN the new out/upcoming smoke gear in any and all available tools/pieces/general merch so they can properly educate others & spread the word to others inquiring to know 😍😊 THIS LOCATION IS USUALLY PRETTY ON POINT as well as other FREAKYS smoke shops that's a blanket suggestion more or less for ALL SMOKE/HEAD SHOPS OUT THERE ESPECIALLY IN THE LEGAL MJ STATES LIKE OURS all in all keep up thee good work guys and thanks for the super DOPE 😜...
