From the start, Summer has been fantastic. I had never considered laser before (no clue why), but at 30, I’m soo tired of ingrown hairs, irritation, and nonstop bumps down there. I’ve tried EVERYTHING - my shower routine (just for that part of my body) was like a 10 step program that was exhausting and useless. No matter what I did, I was insecure and in pain. And forget waxes, those absolutely destroyed me.

My sister mentioned doing laser and it was like an “aha” moment for me - no idea why I hadn’t considered it before, but at this point, I was willing to spend ANYTHING on it. It’s not so much the hair that bothers me, I was just so tired of the bumps, irritation, and ingrowns.

Summer walked me through the process and payments (two large payments, and I tip each visit. I think around $700 each payment, which I happily paid up) and then we got started on my first session. Make sure you’ve shaved as closely as possible before the first, and every, appointment!

Now it’s such a fun treat to visit every five weeks. I’ve got my hair gal, my nail gal, and now my Summer gal. I used to spend so much mental energy being distracted or embarrassed about how my appearance looked down there but now I’m more confident (and comfortable) than ever before. Now I don’t think twice about throwing on a bathing suit, planning tropical vacations, or stripping down. I look amazing, so smooth and most importantly - NO irritation whatsoever. I think I’ve done 7 sessions and as a red head, the hair is coming back less and less and very soft.

Summer is my angel and I’m sooo lucky to have been paired with her! I love gossiping with her and catching her up on what trips I’ve got planned next. Highly recommend this place if you are looking at laser hair removal. I had my consultation and my first laser hair removal appointment this past month with Andrea. I received nothing but the best costumer service from the entire team on both of my visits. During my consultation, Andrea was very informative about the entire process, she answered all of my questions and made me feel very confident in my decision to move forward with the treatment. She worked out a payment plan with me and informed me of their current sales so I could save additional money. On the day of my first treatment, I got very nervous and become fearful of worst case senarios (as I was getting a brazilian). Andrea, once again made me feel very confident in my decison, she addressed all of my concerns and reassured me that everything would be fine. The treatment itself had a bit of a spicy sensation (hard to describe) but it was not painful. Andrea made sure I was comfortable the entire time and she even adjusted the cold air to make the heat sensation less noticeable. I must add that I am amazed at the results so far! I have only had one treatment and already I am noticing areas where hair is not growing back at all and the rest of the hair is taking much longer to grow back than before. I had my first LHR appt with Shelby last week. My appointment went great and Shelby was fantastic! I had contemplated getting LHR for years and just felt so unsure of where to go/who is trustworthy. I stumbled upon Shelby via a social media post and was really impressed by how knowledgable she was in her response to the original poster. During my appointment, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me, answering any questions I had- she knows what she’s doing! I really appreciated how honest and transparent she was about what LHR can and cant do. Meaning- you wont be taken advantage of- you will receive treatment that best benefits you. I feel like there are a lot of laser hair removal businesses out there that make a lot of promises they cant deliver on just because they want your $. You can feel confident going to her knowing she will take good care of you! The treatment was easy and quick with minimal discomfort. The office was very bright, clean, and comfortable and scheduling my next appointment was a breeze.
