Drive thru man, you're amazing! Thank you.
Went through drive thru, man on the speaker greeted promptly and nicely. We needed a moment to finish looking. After a few, he came back on the box asking to help or answer questions, not in a rushy way. Get to the pay window, idk his name, drive thru man was awesome. Hands down the best person we experienced there. Smiley, friendly, we got the sense he wanted to help (even tracked down the box of sauce so we'd have the one asked for) Upon leaving we realized a kids hamburger was missing. We parked, go inside to be snapped at by the "manager" scolding about the receipt, unfortunately we didn't get the receipt from drive thru man. There lies the first among many problems, what manager starts off with an attitude and implies you're trying to steal a kids hamburger. Not even a meal, not even with cheese. Guess who saves the day! Drive thru man, again very friendly, very smiley, and very apologetic. He had a kids meal made in a few moments. Annoying but not terrible, things happen we understand that. Upon getting home to eat though, I can't even put into words how disappointing the food was. The pictures should provide the situation. Chicken little: a $4 "chicken sandwich" the chicken was 1/4 inch thick and beyond dry. More mayo was on the bun and wrapper than the sandwich, also missing the pickle/pickles. The kids hamburger was also extremely thin (yes, most all places are as well) but this was also very dry. Maybe due to the rush of remaking, or it was the same sandwich we missed the first time. French fries, both the original and the new kids meal fries were cold, like half ice cold or feeling of under cooked. Chicken meal was pretty okay, chicken was cooked, seasoned and crispy. Bun was ehh, Mashed potatoes were lacking, both with flavor and appeal, 1 scoop of potatoes while swimming in gravy. After spending $25 and 12 minutes from start of the speaker to walking out of the store with the missing foods. Was over all a mediocre and distasteful experience.
Drive thru man was 5 stars, if he wasn't there we would have been more disappointed...
Read moreWell, I have to be honest in reviews, so, I will. I rarely visit KFC (maybe once per year) so I can't say I knew what to expect. But, I have recently decided to go on a low carb high protien diet and what's better fit for that than grilled chicken. So, I drove through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece bucket of grilled chicken (my meals for the week) and the woman on the speaker said it would be a 20 minute wait and I said that I understood and would wait. The woman was polite and pleasant when I paid her and I drove around to the front of the store as instructed to wait. Well, an hour later, I noticed all employees in the restaurant out back on a smoke break. I figured that if my food hadn't come out after an hour, that, maybe, a staff smoke break might not be helping the process. So, I went inside and patiently waited til they were done and asked "did you forget about me by chance?" The employees looked confused, followed by "I thought you gave him his food" "no, I thought you gave him his food" followed by many apologies and an immediate offer to refund my money and give me something that they had already made. I explained that I can only have grilled chicken on my current diet, so I refused the free food but accepted my refund, accepted the apology and went somewhere else for my dinner. I went back again last night and ordered 2 grilled chicken breasts and it was ready quickly and tasted fine. Different employees, and a, generally, average experience all around. I am giving this 3 stars only because I felt that the employees were genuinely sorry for what had happened and my chicken last night...
Read moreThe lady working the drive through was very rude first and foremost. They do not have drink carriers? I sat for 15 mins at the drive thru and no one said anything to us. The lady then came back to the window and said she needed my receipt as they gave my food to someone else. We ended up sitting in the drive through for 30 mins + AFTER our receipt was taken and we were told someone else got our food. I then was handed a bag with someone else's order. I asked for the manager. Was told "he is busy" but I saw him walking around in the back. The person working the drive thru did not even turn around to tell the manager his assistance was required. We got 2 items out of the 5 food items we ordered. I did not get my side, I did not get my correct sandwich, I got a whole box of chicken we didn't order, missing my large cheese curds, and our sodas had no ice and were halfway filled. Then we proceeded to get threatened and cursed out by someone behind us in the drive thru because this location literally did not do their job at all. Then I got told I needed to pull around and go inside twice. Absolutely not. So I can waste MORE time? Then the last time anyone said anything to me I was asked if I ordered a spicy or regular sandwich...after we had been there for ALMOST AN HOUR??? U DONT KNOW MY ORDER AND YOU TOOK MY RECEIPT BACK?!?!?!?...I was so done that I just grabbed the second bag (again w the wrong order) & drove away. This was a circus. Do not ever go to this location.
