Showed up tonight at about 9:20. Whole place is dark, as I continue to pull up I see 3 employees in uniform, all smoking one was in a car still in work attire seemed to be smoking weed. Literally right next to the drive thru where they put the cone. I look and the hours say they close at 10. Ive showed up before and they were closed when they should be open. Honestly, confused why you close not according to hours? And the staff?? I think its common sense to take off the work attire when you leave and want to do stuff like that. Puts a bad rep on the company. Super disappointed. Worked late and looked forward to it only to see this. Im surprised management allows this. A bit disappointed. My first time there, and I ordered two large onion rings and two bacon double-cheeseburgers, one without tomatoes. I also asked for Spicy Papa dipping sauce for both orders of rings and was assured they came with the onion rings. I asked two more times about the sauce and was assured I would get it. I drove off, expecting things to be okay. Upon arriving home, neither burger was a double, neither burger had tomato, and surprise NO Spicy Papa dipping sauce! No napkins. I had a question about one of the items on the menu but the cashier could not speak English so they got the one person in the building that could to answer it and take my order. Ordered a plain cheeseburger. When I got the order the cheeseburger was not plain so I informed one of the employees. Five minutes later they gave me back another cheeseburger with all kinds of toppings on it. I decided to get the attention of the only worker that could speak English.
