UPDATE!!!! Something to note. You are ordering from GOGO Charters. I was billed through a company called Shofur and the bus that broke was a company called GO Line. Sound complicated and sketchy? We used them for our wedding over the summer. The bus broke one hour before pickup. The bus driver gave me his bosses number. I was trying to figure out if I needed a new plan and the drivers boss set the phone down for 15 minutes. I called back and he set it down for another 15 minutes. Seriously, I'm just trying to figure out what I need to do and he doesn't feel like talking to me so he sets the phone down. This threw my who wedding off, I mean we could have run the ceremony with no guests. I called the phone number on my receipt and he helped. We were supposed to have the bus at 4pm but it showed up at 10pm and had it for less than 2 hours. With all the chaos of people having to get their own rides almost no one was on it because we didn't know if it was going to show up the second time. This all being said, I dropped $1405 up front to have the bus from 4pm to 11pm. I wanted some of my money back. Every time I called them I was placed on hold over 20 minutes and forwarded to an answering machine and never received a call back. I called 10 times or more to get my money back and was easily on hold for over 3 hours in total. In summary, they really screwed up my wedding and didn't apologize for it. They took my $1405 up front. They put me in call holding hell for hours to get my money back. I paid to have the bus from 4pm to 11pm and maybe had it 2 hours. The refund they offered after 2 and a half weeks of trying to get my money back was for $650. Here is their reply "Hi Mike, I spoke with corporate this morning and they have agreed to issue a refund of $650 to the card on file ending in -XXXX.

In other words they wanted to charge me almost $400/hour of services they did deliver. According to the contract the money they give back is at their discretion and they can give a full refund. I'm now trying to get a refund through my credit company by disputing the charges. This is the only time I've ever done that. I chose this company because of google reviews. I hope you read this. BEWARE: I operate an actual motor coach company in Colorado Springs. We own our own vehicles that are operated by our own, Commercial Drivers. Last night, at midnight, Friday June 21, 2019, I received a frantic call from a wedding party at Crooked Willow Ranch that had been abandoned by this company! All the wedding guests were forced to UBER back to Denver. This is not the first time that Gogo Charters has stranded guests.This company is a broker that does not own or operate equipment. BEST BUS SERVICE IN DENVER!! This company takes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. We had a large company event with over 200 people that required shuttle service to the convention center on a continuous loops for around 10 hours. This was the biggest movement of people we ever had to organize. Luckily Gogo had a team that had done this multiple times and made our planning a lot easier.
