FM — Local services in Denver

[READ BEFORE PURCHASING] I personally won’t be shopping here again following my first time.

Found 2 pairs of pants, one I was questionable so I bought them home to show my partner—who didn’t like them.

Upon returning to exchange for an equally valuable pair (the ones I liked), the sales person happily pointed out a 4x5 inch note card with 12 point font that looks like a promo—stating the return policy:

“No Refunds; store credit within 10 days of purchase. Item must be in original condition. All sales are final on health & beauty, vinyl, and sales items over 20% off.”

Note, I was looking to exchange for another set of pants that would’ve set FM back $9 from my original purchase.

Not sure about you, but I’d like to have the option to return/exchange my purchase & have transparency—if it’s final sale, make it known before I purchase the item.

I LOVE this store! I discovered it around early 2019 and bought my favorite earrings here; and when one of them broke sometime in 2022, I took it in and they fixed it! And it wasn't the craftsmanship--it was my fault. This is a store that is truly all-around local and COMMUNITY. I went back today knowing that this would be a good bet to get a couple of rings. My wife and I had a really nice shopping experience at FM! From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality was top-notch, complete with refreshing sparkling water. The vibe of the store is unmatched, blending a trendy selection of unique designer pieces with a cool music setup that includes a DJ booth in the back. Matthew, possibly the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome and was a pleasure to chat with. It’s definitely the trendiest spot I’ve visited in Denver so far.
