Kids Dig was an amazing experience both for the children and the adults. We opted for an after hours party and my child's face when he walked in and got to play in the sand box was priceless! Andrea was so sweet, helpful and attentive. From the first phone call (before we even booked) all the way through the last minute when we checked out. I loved the fact that our party was the only one there and we were free to use the open spaces with out too many kids running around in chaos. Actually there was no chaos or kiddos melting down, which was music to our ear as parents. We ended up doing an hour and a half of sand play and about 45 minutes for food and cake and that was a good balance for us. I can't recall exactly but I think we ended up paying for 2 1/2 hours for the party and it was 11 kiddos and about 15 adults. We did not feel rushed at any time and were checked in periodically throughout the party by Andrea. She also was a great help when it came to food time, as she helped set up the counter top and provided all the serving utensils needed. The construction hats and little construction toys for each little one was a really nice touch. Even more so was the kids dig T-shirt and Ballon my little guy got to take home! Last but not least the bathrooms were so clean and organized! As weird as this might sound, that is a big one for my kids and I. Otherwise there is incessant wining from my kids about how dirty a bathroom 🚻 is or how much it stinks 🙄. Any who, it was the perfect place with very warm and welcoming staff. It was worth me not having to worry about the party planning and hosting and especially the after math of cleaning! I can't recommend Kids Dig enough! Thank you ladies!

We absolutely love coming here. The staff are so kind and friendly and the space is always clean. My toddler loves anything construction so this checks the box. The parking lot has ample space available and luckily it hasn’t been too overwhelming when we have visited. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for something different to do indoors.

We really dig Kids Dig and would highly recommend this adorable & fun take on the old school sand box for your next party or play date! Our experience at Kids Dig today for my child’s birthday party completely exceeded every one of my expectations and I could not recommend having a birthday party here enough. From the moment we walked in, 30 minutes before our party, we were greeted by the sweetest & most helpful people, Andrea and Mark. I was pleasantly surprised to find out Mark and Andrea were not just helpful and nice employees, they are actually the owners of this great small business! Upon arriving, Mark opened the door for us and greeted us with a big smile and welcome, Andrea helped me bring in my belongings to set up for the party, helped me & my sister hang a birthday banner for the party and were extremely kind from beginning to end! They even mentioned before our party started that we didn’t have to clean up after our selves that they would do that, their customer service is truly remarkable and top notch. Also, when we arrived for our private party they made my son’s birthday so special by writing his name in the sand, decorating the kid’s table with construction hats, small toys, place settings, and a shirt & balloon for the birthday boy! The cherry on top was Andrea waving the extra food time charge because we showed up early and we’re efficient and helped clean up quickly (we couldn’t help ourselves from pre-cleaning)! We will definitely be back to celebrate another birthday and to play! Thank you for a memorable birthday party everyone at Kids Dig.

On Sunday January 8th I had a horrible experience with the owner/ manager of this business. I went to try and resolve a miss understanding about my grandsons birthday party. My daughter booked a private room for a 4 year old bd party. The employee she was dealing with was“ wonderful “ my daughter said and “very accommodating” After booking the room my daughter asked If she could add more people. The employee happily accommodated the request. Next the manager/owner called and said that the booked room would not accommodate that many people. Frustrated my daughter asked if another room was open the owner started yelling at her on the phone saying how she took advantage of her employee. My daughter, trying to explain the miscommunication, never got a chance since the owner hung up on her. Unfortunately my daughter had to cancel her sons 4 yo bd party. Knowing how disappointed my grandson was I went to see if the missunderstanding could be resolved. I wanted an apology given to my distraught daughter and a new date for a party . I asked if it could be rescheduled and that if it costs more I can pay it. The irate, out of control owner said it wasn’t “about the money “ that they are booked for the future. As I left, I said that it’s really all about a disappointed 4 year old and that I was going to write as many bad reviews as I could. I don’t do this lightly because being a small businesss owner for over 20 years in Littleton, I know how that can effect a business. As I got into my car I said it was too bad that she is disappointing my grandson she yelled at me “ Don’t bring the children into this “. I have a voice recording of most of the exchange if anyone is in doubt. A simple misunderstanding turned in to a total mess that could have been avoided with a calm , understanding owner

Responding to the owner after she read my review. You don’t get it do you? You can not yell and scream at costumers who don’t comply with your wishes. You were out of control and horrible to my daughter and I. Please learn some basic manners and boundaries. Really all I wanted was an apology and a chance to reschedule a party....
