This consignment shop is among the best, if not the very best in Denver. I cannot say enough good things about it. The space and location is beautiful. The selection is fantastic, and the fashion brands offered are all in excellent condition at a great price. There are fun, current, pieces there for all ages, tending toward 20s and up, and many of the brands come from top designers. The owner is kind, genuine, and extremely helpful. She really cares about and respects her customers and treats her repeat customers very well. Her place has a fun, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere, and is a breath of fresh air regarding inclusivity in the Cherry Creek North shopping district. I enjoy chatting with other shoppers in this store, because everyone is having fun looking through her latest finds. While the return/exchange policies at this shop are designed to run a successful business, the owner goes over her very reasonable prices as she logs them, and hands the receipt directly to her customers so there can be no misunderstandings. The store is great, great hidden gem. But Miss Janice has terrible interpersonal skill, can be very rude, disrespectful and as well hostile. I had an accident were I purchased a pair of shoe and the bottom completely came of after one wear. I went up to her shop to politely ask if she knew any one or if she could help me with the shoe or a possible solution.
