I have struggled with an internal love hate relationship with this shake shack since it’s original management got the boot. It was at one point, an excellent Shake Shack location that produced quality food + looked like a great place to work. Like all good things that only lasted about a year. Since then, management has tumbled over and over again. The staff here could not care less about the customer, with the exception of maybe two people who seem to never be working past 5pm. The staff can be so rude, often unintentionally, callous even might be a better description. Spend plenty of time gossiping amongst themselves and on my last visit I had the pleasure of overhearing two girls with shower caps on their heads complaining to an associate about how they are being scheduled too many hours to qualify for government assistance, only to be handed bags of food and milkshakes (which were by the way not paid for and prepared prior to my own meal and the other 6 folks who had now all had to renew their 15 minute parking meters). So irritating.
Regarding the food, the menu variety is what you’d expect. It is way overpriced. A burger, fries and a beverage will put you over $20. Adding a milkshake will put that close to $30. Honestly the shakes are to die for and the seasonal offerings are always something to look forward to (hello, Blood Orange Creamsicle, Oreo Funnel Cake and Christmas Cookie). The burgers are poorly (if at all) seasoned and the buns are not solid enough to do more than be a sponge for the copious amounts of grease that leaves the grill.
It’s so conflicting, I gripe more than I am satisfied here and it’s all details that ruin it for me. I shouldn’t have to ask for utensils for my to go lunch and I especially hate when I do go out of my way to ask and I have to eat my cheesy fries with my fingers. $30 to forget a fork and a straw makes that $9 milkshake...

I recently visited a Shake Shack location in my city and was very impressed with the food and service. I ordered the ShackBurger, which is a classic cheeseburger with all the fixings. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy and delicious. I also had a chocolate shake, which was thick and creamy.
The service at Shake Shack was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that my order was correct. I would definitely recommend Shake Shack to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying burger.
Here are some pros and cons of Shake Shack:

The employees and manager did nothing. They should have been told to be quiet or leave. I did not feel safe eating my food. The employees and manager heard the same thing the customers did. Outrages.went again today. March 11th 2023 all 7 tables I looked to sit at were filthy. Place is not even busy and employees should have plenty of time to clean the tables. Went in today at around 2:30. I stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one ever came. I saw a girl and three guys in the back who saw me. The girl was singing and dancing. I walked out because no one ever came to the cash register to take my order. Went on June16, 2023. Table had to be cleaned off by me. We ordered two hot dogs. They have nothing to put on them. Only mustard or ketchup? We were told they do not have any onions to grill and no relish or other toppings? Who sells hot dogs without the other items to put on them? They also both came served cold. The manager did replace them with hot ones. Shake Shack started out in the hot dog business but won’t serve chopped onions or anything else besides...
