This shop is lovely and I live nearby so it was great to find stylish clothes in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, they missed the mark on customer service with me. I bought a pair of pants for $160 on a Saturday and a week and a half later had the opportunity to wear them for the first time. When I put them on, the zipper broke/got stuck so I couldn’t wear them. The following Saturday (since I work during the week), I took them back - 14 days after purchase. The staff told me they couldn’t help with a return and no longer had my size in stock for exchange. They recommended I have the zipper repaired elsewhere . I asked if they could share or cover the cost of the zipper repair. They said no, and told me they wished they could help but “that’s just how the owners are”. This review is long over due. My 20 something daughter and myself have been shopping at Lady Jones since we first discovered this adorable boutique almost three years ago. Every time we visit we end up finding something wonderful. The customer service is top notch! At the holidays my daughter found a ring that she wanted to purchase but they didn't have her size. They said they would notify her once it came in. Lucky for me I was able to sneak in and purchase it as a gift for her before she got a chance to pick it up. Would never patron this business again. After spending a substantial amount on several pieces of clothes, I tried to exchange two pieces and was a few days outside their 10 day policy, the owner would not accommodate this request. Yet, she said, "I always work with people." Didn't happen in this case. Further, there was a stain on the white shirt which I didn't when I purchased it.
