Out of the eleven other jewelers and companies I tried to work with Mark's Diamonds was simply the most accommodating, the most personable, offered the best price and were the fastest to respond. Bottom line, they delivered. I created a custom ring with them and that is the one on my (almost) wife's finger.

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Hoffman and it was a joy. Bobby won last year's Best Guy in Cherry Creek award. I think I actually said to him, "Bobby, I want to be just like you when I grow up." Seriously, Bobby Hoffman is a machine. You take an already great guy and get to see them completely come through for you at a ridiculous speed. It's a win win. After asking permission, I was contacted by email, text and phone and most of the time with same day results; now that's accommodation. They even rushed the custom production of my ring so I could propose with a plan which presented itself at the last minute. A complete shift of timeline which they met with encouragement and excitement for me to succeed in the surprise proposal. Bobby Hoffman will make you look like the man of her dreams. I came in a bumbling idiot not knowing anything I needed to know in order to create a ring and left with the ring which still takes my fiancee's breath away. He did all the work and I get all the credit, thanks Bob. The rest of the staff were amazing too. Numerous different members, like Mark Hadley himself, coming into Bobby's office every visit to give their expert opinion, check out a new stone with me or just to come say hello. They all knew who I was as well as the progress of my ring or stone search. Ashley Hadley was invaluable as well. It is one thing to get the opinion of a champ like Bobby but is another to get the opinion of a gorgeous woman who is stylish, has years of experience with fine jewelry and knows how to accessorize with it.

Bobby found so many stones for me so fast even with all my contingencies for more rare stones. Even when I came in with a stone from a third party seller he inspected it and gave me an honest opinion and presented me with the option to have it set in the custom ring.

Mr. Mark Hadley and his entire crew were fantastic and provided me with the best experience and options during my very uncertain search. Three months ago I made a move to Germany to be with my lady. About two weeks before leaving the states I decided to look at wedding rings. I had been on the fence about finding an engagement ring and whether or not I would wait until I was in Europe. I had an idea of what I was looking for but I didn't really even have a plan for a proposal and so I was very insecure with the whole process and afraid of making the wrong decision. Then I visited Mark‘s Diamonds and everything fell into place like a story book ending.

With the patience of Mark, his team and my best friend, I found a set that encompassed the beautiful uniqueness I knew I wanted and the elegance of a classic inspired style represented in a beautiful modern way. It was everything I wanted and what I truly believe to be a one in a million combination.

As I fell in love with the ring, I began to fall in love with the idea of forever with my lady once again even more. In a frightening, but exciting journey, of dropping everything to fly 5000 miles to another country to be with the one I love, I could not have asked for a more reassuring moment that I was doing the right thing.

Without any idea of when or where I was going to propose, I finally decided to ask her as soon as I landed. Just outside of Passport Control in the Munich International Airport I dropped to one knee and asked her to begin this next chapter of our lives. She was beyond happy and really quite a bit shocked, exactly what I was hoping for.

The whole experience has been amazing and she absolutely loves the ring. She loves to show it to others when they ask and receives a lot of compliments on it. I can’t help but look at other jewelry stores out here from time to time, realizing that I made one of the best decisions of my life.

We went to a handful of jewelers because we had an heirloom ring with two diamonds on either side of a tanzanite stone that we wanted to use for an engagement ring but we were not sure the best way to do it. Every jeweler kept convincing us that we need to take the diamonds out and start fresh with a brand new ring (which was going to get very expensive because we still needed to buy the main diamond). When we walked into Mark's Diamonds - Ashley immediately made us feel welcome and listened to our concerns and thoughts. She had their jeweler, Tim come out from the back and they both said - how about we reuse this ring and change this, change that and add a diamond. Boom - it was that simple and it was exactly what we needed to hear. Not only did they convert my family ring into a dream engagement ring they also took the tanzanite out of the ring and put it on a necklace for us to give to my mom as a gift. For the rest of our engagement, I would stop in and get my ring cleaned and/or sized and Ashley was always so welcoming, professional and remembered everything about us. So we made sure to pick out our wedding bands with her too - she even texted us on our wedding day! Picking out your engagement ring and wedding bands is a VERY overwhelming process and Ashley made us always feel like she had our best interest in mind and we were never being pushed to spend more than we were comfortable with.
