Waited 40 min after my appointment time to be addressed other then have a seat be right with you comment when I walked in . Because of over booking. The entire time spent only on my hair 28 min that's with the quick what do you have in mind question , then straight across cut w shear's ., That took less than minute Shampoo and blow dry was done by his helper after his current cut asked for hair too be curled also and his other 11:30 appointment showed up. Than I figured out the other person that had been sitting there with wet hair was also a customer. She needed her blow out and curl. Before that person was finished he had his other 11:30 get shampooed and and another person walked in...🤔 For hair cut. ..5 min later rest of that person family walked in for not for scheduled kids bang trim they wanted their hair to look like a K -Pop hair style. I have a curious soul so I waited because it was again expressed it would only be a few more minutes. Eventually Iam addressed. My hair fully washed dried by his adorable helper . A straight razor was used ony pesky side burns to help with I'm guessing my new soccer mom blunt cut lay better. Trims hair here and there. And to my surprise I'm done . Told me color was fine but the current bangs do absolutely nothing for me so no bangs wear the to side. And I kid you not tells me in a soft voice next time I'll clean that area up for you . Hmmm .. Struggling internally to embrace what happened to me when I went to Salon Vo to see Thanh Vo, owner/stylists for a root touch up that turned into a upsell balayage that resulted in multiple color variations from the root touch as compared to the over processed toner application that burned and damaged my hair to the extent of breakage, missing peices of hair that broke off, and all of my previous balayage toned completely gray where blond balayage once existed. I had 3 types of color transitions in my hair and I looked like I was electrocuted. My mistake to not speak up when he unveiled my transformation while in the salon was due to shock beyond comprehension. Respectfully, I sent a private message re this complaint via Instagram 2 days ago since my visit on Saturday at 415 pm, and politely asked for a refund due to the distress emotionally and physically to my hair that was burned and damaged, but he has failed to contact me regarding this matter. He failed to use his chemicals properly, and has a professional and legal liability to know how to use his products, therefore I kindly requested a refund but have not received a response. Additionally, Covid-19 protocol is not being followed. There is hair everywhere, including the floor and chairs. My temperature was not checked nor asked if I had symptoms or tested positive for Covid, not offered sanitizer, and he did not clean the floor, chair or sanitize the seat before or after he asked me to sit in it or at the rinse station. Adding photos again since he had my old ones removed. Worst place ever. These photos were taken 6 days after having my extentions installed and after going back 2x to have them fixed only to be treated poorly and argued with. On the 7th day, I went to another salon in which they removed them immediately, documented it for training their staff and rated it the second worst install they had ever seen. Had Vo apologized and fixed it, I wouldn't be upset but instead he blamed me and argued with everything and refused to fix the problem. Most unprofessional experience I have ever received. Salons are supposed to be fun, enjoyable and make you feel better. NOT leaving feeling emotionally abused, out a lot of money and embarrassed to be seen in front of friends and family because they can see your extentions sticking out. It was an experience that I really don't understand and I hope nobody else has to experience. Sort the lowest reviews so you can see what people are really experiencing instead of the fake reviews he's posting to try and cover up what really goes on in this salon. I wish I had done that. Waste of time, money and topped with gaslighting from the owner himself.
