Read moreWe wanted to try their new awesome-looking French dip sandwich w/ au jus because it sounded really good. Had to order via DoorDash because NF doesn’t offer delivery.
Came to $50. For delivery. For two people. Not exactly cheap. But the DoorDash fees and whatnot was worth it to try the sandwich.
Order got here. They seriously advertised a new French dip sandwich and apparently “forgot” to include the au jus. Great. That’s kinda the whole point of a French dip.
So I called them and told them they left it out. The woman told me she would take off the price of the buffalo wings, which is nice, but that’s not going to get me the au jus I ordered. She told me that because they use DoorDash they can’t fix it or make it right. They acted like they just can’t communicate with the DoorDash people. Something tells me that if a huge order came in and they were out of a lot of stuff, they would magically be able to alert the DoorDash people. Or if an order or part of it was lost or missing, methinks they’d be able to communicate to them.
She said “well, you can come pick them up here.” Yeah, lady, I am going to spend fifty bucks online for food with insane delivery fees when I could have just come to the store myself. Our car is not working at the moment. Kinda why we were willing to pay out the wazzoo for this new sandwich.
So I told the lady, “Look, it’s you guys who messed up here, not us” and she acted like she didn’t really care much. She took off the wings. Good. But that doesn’t fix the problem. Pretty disappointing after looking forward to a new menu item that has the crucial part...
Read moreI went here because the veg place I used to go was closed on Sundays and my second choice was full with no place to park. Apart from the aggressive beggars. Anyway, there's parking in this place although very limited for disabled. The food is just OK. It's totally overpriced for what it is. I ask to go, you wait a lot and they even made a mistake. I asked for 2 lavander lemonades and they gave me watermelon Fresca. I just took it because I didn't want to wait more. The avocado wrap was with only one little piece of avocado. That was even shameful. The same with the falafel wrap. All is full of veggies that you can buy in the supermarket. Apart from the food, I wanted to use the restroom but the guy that used it previously made a mess and seemed he cleaned with toilet paper. I asked for cleaning but two aggressive girls said they clean the bathrooms themselves IN THE MORNING. It was 1 pm. One even saw the place and said it was only water. Even if it was (which wasn't) you could have fallen down. A liability for the place but they didn't give a penny about that. In conclusion, if you want to eat healthy better do it at home. I don't care if this is a hot spot or so. I just want to eat what they say they're going to give you and not otherwise. I will...
