Schnitzelwirt — Local services in Denver

Poor service. Ordered online, set a time for pickup and waited. Showed up at truck shortly after our pick up time...waited again in line only to be told it would be another 10 minutes. No problem. They never started our $85 order until sometime after that...while serving people that had just ordered. Another customer was in the Same situation. After waiting for over 30 more minutes no food. When we asked, we were again told it would only be 10 minutes. We demanded a refund. The "Boss" came out and said he would refund it. We have never had such poor service. Don't order Online... you get put behind everyone else ordering. I really was looking forward to trying them, but...

The food from this truck was surprisingly good. It’s not often that I say “y’know, I could really go for some schnitzel”, but we were so glad they were posted up at Green Mountain beer company. We got the curry wurst, which was super flavorful while being only slightly spicy. We also got a chicken cutlet with mushroom sauce (sorry I can’t remember the German name for it) that was like nostalgically delicious, reminding us of special occasion meals from our Midwest childhood. I had the BEST experience with this food truck and owner, Mario. Mario was more than accommodating for my private party. He worked closely with me to build the appropriate menu, arrived right on time, and was very easy to work with. The food was absolutely outstanding and the portions were huge.
