My mom, brother, and I arrived entered the restaurant at 5:05pm and put in our order at 5:10pm with the first waitress (with glasses). The restaurant was not even half full, so we put in our order as soon as the waitress with glasses approached our table. The food did not arrive until 5:47pm (when I took the first picture). I asked for 2 well done sirloin steaks and one medium rare for myself. My steak was given to my special needs brother, who has sensory issues and food-related difficulties on top of that. He got upset he got MY plate instead of his and thus threw a fit over it (again, he's special needs). After waiting almost 40 minutes for 3 meals, the second waitress WITHOUT glasses, that misplaced the plates infront of us asked us if everything looked fine and I reminded her we has also asked for 3 sides of jalapeños. She apologized and told me she would hurry back and get them. The first waitress with glasses finally arrived to our table with the 3 jalapeños after 10 minutes (I timed it because I had a feeling it would be another ridiculous long wait) and that point we were basically half way done with our food and my steak was cold. The service was not good unfortunately; I had a sarcastic interaction with the first waitress (with glasses) after expressing that I'm simply waiting for our food to arrive after seeing other customers receive their food first even though they ordered after us. Instead of letting us know about the extra wait time "because we got two well-done steaks and it takes 5 minutes extra for each steak to cook" (her words not mine), she made me feel as if I was being dramatic for waiting 47 minutes for 3 meals and 3 waters (+) another 10 minutes for 3 cold/ bland jalapeños. Tab came out to $98 and when it came time to pay that is when the first waitress RUSHED to our table to collect my cash (I'm assuming in fear that we would dine and dash because of the bad service). I paid with $100 and did not leave a tip because I did not feel as if our table mattered and thought the service we reviewed today reflected that.

So we came here for my brother’s in law birthday group of 9. We arrived at 7:20pm there was a line but nothing crazy.. anyways the host told us the wait is around 30-35 minutes and we were fine with that since they close at 9… anyways we waited outside and around 35 minutes later we had no notification so we went back in and asked that we haven’t been notified. And they told us wait a few more minutes. The people that were there before us already went inside and we thought that was kind of weird.. anyways we still waited and seen more people arrive and we went back inside to ask and they still told us to wait. And we seen a group of 8 who came after us go in so therefore we went inside and ask and they told us they only have 1 table for a big group so therefor told us to wait again … keep in mind it is already 8:30pm after waiting a bit more we went inside and finally seated us. When we went inside we saw a few empty tables and it was already 8:45. We ordered our drinks she came back 5-10 minutes later and told us the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes to order now. So we did but my brother wanted a alcoholic drink and she told us they closed the bar already and can’t serve. So we were fine with that. Anyways we waited for our food for 20 minutes it’s already around 9:20 and we didn’t really enjoy eating while there were employees cleaning around us so we just decided to take it home. Oh and my food was very cold… but at this time I couldn’t find our waiter to let her know so I just gave up. I gave it 2 stars because we at least ate. But it was unacceptable for making us wait over 1 hour.

Long wait to be disappointed. No Pittsburgh. 10oz Fort Worth ribeye ordered medium rare, was grey inside on one side, rare on the other, and was unseasoned. Wife's steak was cooked, but unseasoned. Manager eventually came by and offered a refire which I declined not wanting to wait another 30 minutes to eat. Waiter brought kids cups twice after we asked three times for a regular glass. Loaded potato soup was tasty but cold as was the chili. This one store in Denver *cannot* Pittsburgh your steak and said they won't have the capacity~ever. Staff seemed overwhelmed and we had long waits trying to get our to go boxes which the same waiter brought twice :/. 15 minutes after we first asked for boxes the waiter came back so I could give him the card card to check out, fortunately he came back quickly with the check. Manager did offer to cover desserts which we got to go. They have wait space inside and out with radiant heat outside, but coverage has big gaps and they will need more coverage for more cold natured folks. This is the first time I didn't finish a little 10oz steak, which the waiter took before I could box up to recook the next day for breakfast. No Pittsburgh so not going back!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent dining experience my family and I had at Texas Roadhouse. While I understand that the restaurant was busy, the level of service we received was unacceptable. Our food took over an hour to arrive at our table, which was particularly challenging as my 5-year-old son was becoming increasingly upset. Despite our wait, the steaks we ordered were delivered lukewarm and overcooked. Unfortunately, due to the lengthy wait, I did not feel I could send them back without further delaying our meal. Furthermore, there was no manager present on the floor to check in with patrons, and our server neglected to refill my sons' sodas throughout the meal. This compounded our disappointment, especially since we were hoping for a pleasant dining experience during our vacation. I hope this feedback provides insight into our experience and helps improve service for future guests. We were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal at your restaurant, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of our expectations.
