My mom, brother, and I arrived entered the restaurant at 5:05pm and put in our order at 5:10pm with the first waitress (with glasses). The restaurant was not even half full, so we put in our order as soon as the waitress with glasses approached our table. The food did not arrive until 5:47pm (when I took the first picture). I asked for 2 well done sirloin steaks and one medium rare for myself. My steak was given to my special needs brother, who has sensory issues and food-related difficulties on top of that. He got upset he got MY plate instead of his and thus threw a fit over it (again, he's special needs). After waiting almost 40 minutes for 3 meals, the second waitress WITHOUT glasses, that misplaced the plates infront of us asked us if everything looked fine and I reminded her we has also asked for 3 sides of jalapeños. She apologized and told me she would hurry back and get them. The first waitress with glasses finally arrived to our table with the 3 jalapeños after 10 minutes (I timed it because I had a feeling it would be another ridiculous long wait) and that point we were basically half way done with our food and my steak was cold. The service was not good unfortunately; I had a sarcastic interaction with the first waitress (with glasses) after expressing that I'm simply waiting for our food to arrive after seeing other customers receive their food first even though they ordered after us. Instead of letting us know about the extra wait time "because we got two well-done steaks and it takes 5 minutes extra for each steak to cook" (her words not mine), she made me feel as if I was being dramatic for waiting 47 minutes for 3 meals and 3 waters (+) another 10 minutes for 3 cold/ bland jalapeños. Tab came out to $98 and when it came time to pay that is when the first waitress RUSHED to our table to collect my cash (I'm assuming in fear that we would dine and dash because of the bad service). I paid with $100 and did not leave a tip because I did not feel as if our table mattered and thought the service we reviewed today...

I wanted to get some friends together for my going away dinner and bring them to the place I love to eat but was met with a terrible experience, due to staff. I had a party of 15 that I had called about around 4:05PM to notify them that I had such a large party to allow the key to plan for the night accordingly. I was told to call back later and did, things went well with the call, and the manager that I spoke with assured they would be able to take the party. When we got there I immediately sensed the resentment from the staff and they had us all separated at 3 tables, which was inconvenient for me as I was trying to visit with my friends one more time before I moved out of state. I did ask if we could take the back row in the 100s, seeing it would be more fitting for the large group to interact with each other. Instead, I was told "its not an option." Being placed in the closers/bar section because it was more convenient for the servers isn't something I have ever experienced working for Roadhouse. It's always make the guest feel like they are ALWAYS welcome, regardless of the time they come in. On top of all this, we had two servers, and one table waited over 10 minutes AFTER the other two tables had their orders put in, and got salads to table. I know this isn't legendary service and hope that management takes the time to address their training program cause this would have failed a shop, hands down.. or thumbs, whichever you work for you. It ruined my night with friends that I won't see for a long while and will not suggest this location to avoid others having a bad experience at a place I truly love. Read moreThe main reason I am writing a review is because I had the BEST server I have ever had in my life.....anywhere! I want to give a huge shout-out to Angelica for being the most attentive, respectful, and friendly server with an excellent attitude! She was so incredibly busy with others, as well of course, but you would have never known because she made us feel we were the only ones she was serving. Thank you, Angelica! YOU SERIOUSLY ROCK!!! We would come back just because of you! Besides having the best server IN THE WORLD, the food was EXCELLENT!! I was so impressed! I have not been to restaurant that takes such attention to details. Everything was PERFECT. The salads are FRESH, the rolls are hot straight out of the oven and you get an endless supply! The mashed potatoes are real and not out of a box.....and the different flavored lemonades are the bomb!! And everyone gave us service with a smile! These people do not scrimp on food OR quality, which makes the meal 100% worth every penny! Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway.....Texas Roadhouse has the best steaks I have ever eaten in my life. I usually don't order steak when I'm out because they have never been to my liking. But THESE steaks are incredible! I HIGHLY recommend Texas Roadhouse, especially this location. This is a LOT coming from me because I never write reviews unless they are well-deserving!
