ShaftShack — Local services in Denver

TLDR: ShaftShack is a top resource for multiple reasons! Best possible outcomes with both purchases and demos. After reshafting my OG Sim Hybrid with a GD AD Hy to spec after a lengthy investigation and an equally lengthy consultation with Phil by phone in Feb, I returned in March for the AD F-series for my OG Sim Rocket 3wd. Again his time and dialogue on specs and expected results was spot on and I reaped! Being in Orlando and with no shortage of gear or fitters I stayed with ShaftShack even after Phil suggested keeping it local because there was no posh attitude or judgement to overcome at ShaftShack, I demoed 3 Dr shafts. The only hiccup was USPS, maybe due to I'm on the East Coast and more likely Dejoy's joy of trying to make USPS unbearable and inadequate, aka privatize out grandest public communications resource...oops,not a Reddit thread, my apologies! Phil was once again overly accommodating with my driver shaft and had my AD DI 6x package priced at different price points and my chosen shaft delivered by my choice of courier and method. I was stoked to follow my tracking and find it delivered a day early! Plugged it into my MyStealth+ the next day to satisfying results beyond my demo model. Bottom line, my first public review ever is not solely due to the best possible outcome of my upgrading shafts mission but mostly due to the best possible service and product given through the time, consideration, and supreme patience offered to just a guy like me. Phil and the crew at ShaftShack have set up an awesome business. They make it incredibly easy to demo several golf shafts at a time and at a very good value. Their site is set up so you can quickly identify the launch characteristics of their entire inventory. Better yet, their phone number is right at the top of the website and they will actually pick up the phone and talk to you about your order. When my order arrived it was packaged with everything I needed to install it in my driver head, including written instructions with photos. They also include the return shipping label, so when I was done with my demo period I just slapped it on the tube and dropped it off at the post office. The icing on the cake? I have used Shaft Shack for both demos and purchases. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this service. You spend big money on a fitting, usually indoors. It’s one day. You get a pretty good idea of what works but you’re never totally confident with the results. Shaft shack allows you the opportunity for an extended test in the real world to confirm the best possible fit. Phil is very knowledgeable and more than happy to talk you through options and different considerations. If you are a proper club/shaft “ho” and really want to confirm you are purchasing the right product you should give Shaft Shack a call. Great people....
