I never leave one-star reviews, but what happened here was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. DO NOT COME HERE!

First part: I walked in hoping for relief, but I walked out in worse pain than I've ever experienced in my life. I'm visiting from San Diego and booked this appointment after a rough night of sleep left me with a pinched nerve in my lower right trapezius. I explained everything to the therapist: my pain was radiating up into my neck and I needed muscle relaxation and tension release. At first, the massage seemed fine until she turned me over. She overextended my neck so aggressively that I am literally in tears writing this. I am 28 years old, healthy, active, and I have never had neck pain before this. Now, I cannot turn my neck at all. I can't lay my head down without crying. It is 4 AM as I'm typing this because I can't even sleep from the severity of the pain she caused. I came in with manageable discomfort, and I left feeling fragile and broken. This is not just "a bad massage", this is reckless and harmful.

Second part: I booked a 10 AM appointment and arrived at 9:45, but couldn't find the building. I called twice, no answer. I texted for help and eventually found the location, but there was no parking for guests, only reserved spots for other businesses. By the time I got inside and ready for my massage it was 10:15. I asked if my appointment was still okay, and was reassured it was fine. At no point was I told that my service time would be cut short. Yet, my 50 minute appointment was reduced by 10 minutes, and I was still charged the full $100. If I had known that being a few minutes late, after calling and texting, meant I would lose service time, I would have simply rescheduled. Instead, I was misled, rushed, and then overcharged.

To be clear: I did not "arrive late" by choice. I had already communicated multiple times that I was struggling to find the location. To then be reassured it was "no problem," only to lose part of my session, is unfair and unprofessional. That is stealing both time and money. I normally always tip generously, but I could not justify it here.

The bottom line: I paid $100 for a shortened service that left me in the worst physical pain I have ever experienced. I cannot believe this place has so many 5-star reviews, because my experience was the exact opposite. I don't write this lightly, but this is not just disappointing,...

We visited the “Romeo and Juliet” program at this salon today, January 20th. We made a reservation yesterday, but today an unforeseen situation occurred, and we were forced to go to urgent care because something unfortunate happened to me! This situation was beyond my control! However, we already had an appointment, and when we booked, there were a lot of free slots, which indicates that the massage salon was not busy. My boyfriend called them when we were at the emergency to ask if we could reschedule the appointment for a little later, by the way, they had free slots in the evening! But the man on the phone said that we would still have to pay for the massage therapists’ work, which I find inhumane toward us! We genuinely found ourselves in an unfortunate situation! We had to decline some medical services in order to make it to our session on time. We were running a bit late.

We also booked an extra 15 minutes on the website when reserving the massage program, but when we got the massage, the man wanted to charge us again, saying that the website price was only for one person! But how is that possible?! Nowhere on the site does it say that. And how can a program FOR TWO specify the extra time charge FOR ONE?!

After the massage, we were escorted out of the room, given awful tea, and this man slammed the door in front of us! Horrible, disgusting, rude person!

I tend to think I’m fairly particular about my massages. There are particular issues with my back that I like to have focused on, along with having hard pressure applied during my deep tissue session.

My first visit I booked here was later in the evening & last minute - which was super convenient, since I was experiencing a lot of discomfort, tension & pain. Patty explained upfront the techniques that would be applied during the process. The bending, stretching & twisting they utilize as a warm up feels so incredibly good & helps provide the masseuse with the understanding on which areas are tight.

Patty was personable & remembers me on each visit.I really value having this time for tranquility, rest & relaxation - which Patty provides every time. Some people get a little weird when ‘energies’ are brought up, but our bodies can say a lot about how we’re doing & Patty is so intuitive, focused & knowledgeable when it comes to the techniques she utilized.
