Five stars for location.
The alarm in the lobby has sounded multiple times a day, every day, for months. Before that it was other alarms for over a year. The beep haunts my sleep.
There’s more grease tracking from Reckless’s kitchens, through MOTO’s stairwell, to the dumpster than there is in the grease tub in the alley
Changed package deliveries mid-lease, without notice, to force a subscription to this “Fetch” service. Office says they sent a notice last month but they literally didn’t, weird thing to assert. First order, late package, app is annoying and asking for delivery windows when I set every day’s availability to “as soon as possible”. Can’t wait for one to go missing and them to refuse responsibility, if their service reviews are any indication. Literally paying for late deliveries and reduced package protection. Unclear whether anything sent to me at the building is even going to make it inside anymore, so I need to distribute instructions for mail vs packages
Pool might be open this summer though? Maybe? Entirely unclear. It opened. It’s nice.
A notice that for a thirty day period your apartment is subject to random inspections is not a notice for entry. Why not extend that inspection period out to 180 days and just void that clause for notice for entry in my lease altogether? "24 hour written notice" is "we'll be in tomorrow". If you want to give "at least" 24 hour written notice, that's "we'll be in in two days" (48 hours), "... three days" (72 hours), blah blah. How does that extrapolate to affording yourself a thirty day window to enter.
"Due to recent events at the building, we will be conducting random unit inspections over the next 30 days anytime between 9am-5pm. The units will be chosen at random.
You do not need to be home during this time, but if you are home the inspection will take no more than 10 minutes. "
Management’s response to this review has me wondering why we were not provided an update after the issue was resolved. Do they still intend to inspect my unit without notice? I have no idea. I can’t imagine you’re allowed to give notice of entry when, by your own reasoning, you have no reason to enter?
And your reasoning was "events" on the property - random inspections in relation to a non-resident loitering in a stairwell on the property - you're conducting extrajudicial criminal investigations of my unit? Are the police involved in these inspections? They have a warrant? You think that my signing of your lease implicitly waives my constitutional protection from unreasonable search and seizure?
Seriously. Like, seriously. What are you telling me.
Property manager’s response to my concerns when brought to her directly was apathy and absolutely no explanation. I'm not interested in calling to discuss more. I'm leaving my review.
Your justification boils down to “we have failed to provide the security expected of us in our role as property managers, so we have chosen to invade your privacy.” A man was trespass-loitering in the stairwell, so you randomly searched apartments in the building.

Read moreCharged $110 on move out for cleaning and when asked for proof was sent the pictures below and nothing else. Looked as if current manager never even looked at the apt as he marked dirty once on the checklist and then drew a line thew the other 40+ items obviously not actually checking each item.
EDIT: Also was charged over $530 to replace carpet in two rooms. (Had dog that had accidents in a dog friendly apartment. Never had this charged at other apartments but am willing to strike if this is common place)
PayLease(how you pay your bills) never had accurate information about my bill so I had to request my ledger every month from current manager and verify accuracy multiple times as they tried to overcharge me multiple times for cable and other items. When asked they said they have had problems with PayLease for a while and didnt know how to fix.
The place is ok since it is newer but there are much better options. Currently have lived at Nuvo apartments, Lex at Lowry, Evivia and all were much better than Moto. Former manager was an amazing manager but I think she left 10 months or so ago and now current manager is running it and he/she is not responsive. Check out my other reviews too. I do not give negative reviews very often. Rent here if you want to pay for luxury and get nickel and dimed when you move out. Attached pictures are of the dirty fridge and dirty bathroom i was sent by management.
REPLY To Owner: Sorry on my part for any inaccurate information. Hopefully the edits correct that. I also excluded specific names as that is not fair to the persons involved and I apologize for that misjudgment on my part. No hard feelings I just think that you could have handled things much better on your end when it came to the move out and communication since former manager left. Good luck and again I apologize for any nonsense on my part. I also paid everything you asked as soon as I finally was able to get a handle so I hope we are square. Good luck...
Read moreThe short review: Nice apartment but terrible management and other things.
Things I liked:
High ceiling, modern appliances and design, in unit laundry, central heating/cooling. Great location, walkable to many restaurants, bars, and businesses. Amazing neighbors.
Things I did not like:
Management with poor communication skills. They have this attitude of they can do anything they want, and you can't ask questions or you will get ignored. I will echo some of the recent reviews here about the pool and fetch package service. Why not to comply with the city rules and get the necessary permits in time for pool use before the pool season starts? They kept the pool closed for weeks and informed residents one week after they obtained the permit. Also, they brought the fetch package service mid-lease and FORCED you to pay $15 per month. I am pretty sure that was illegal. I did not need this service, but I still had to pay for it. Parking ($150) is expensive for what you get. Constant food smell in the garage, car, and stairs because of the restaurant. I hated it! I did street parking for months prior to renting the garage space. However, during this time period, someone broke into my car once, and another time someone hit and ran. Routine water leaks by the entrance and alarm sound. One time fire fighters showed up and we all needed to evacuate the building. Verizon carrier has poor service in some of the units. They have in unit internet for $60 per month (plus $60 one time activation fee). This should be optional, do not force residents to use this service. My internet cost could have been lower for example with XFinity. Lastly, after I moved out, they deducted $105 from my security deposit for things that I did not do. I was fully refunded after I explained the issues but this could have...
