If the famed detective Sherlock Holmes had a penchant for all things canine, I can envision him frequenting Sherlock Hound Pet Deli. This store isn't just a place to grab a dog treat, it's an experience. A delightful and heartwarming one at that.
From the moment you step in, it's evident that owner & staff (Gwen and Judith) aren't merely in this business for profit – they exude genuine passion for animals and their human companions. They radiate a kindness that is both rare and deeply touching. The care and attention they shower upon every customer and pet is a testament to their commitment and love for what they do. In today's era of fast-paced commerce, Gwen and Judith serve as exemplary figures of how business should be conducted: with heart, sincerity, and an unwavering focus on the well-being of the customers.
Now, let's talk about the quality of the products. Every treat I've purchased from Sherlock Hound has been of unparalleled freshness and quality. They are evident laborers of love, concocted with thoughtfulness and premium ingredients that my dog absolutely adores. Their toys? Durable and fun, easily capturing the interests of even the most discerning of pups.
What further elevates Sherlock Hound is their affordability. Despite offering top-notch products, their prices are incredibly competitive, ensuring that our furry friends receive the best without burning a hole in our pockets.
To sum it up, Sherlock Hound Pet Deli is more than just a dog store. It's a haven for pet lovers, a testament to Gwen and Judith's exceptional commitment. If there ever was a gold standard for how businesses should be run, Sherlock Hound is it. Highly recommended, without an ounce...
Read moreI would put 5 stars but there is a gal in this store that is EXTREMELY disrespectful and it’s uncalled for and unnecessary. She is extremely caught up in the neighborhood drama and needs to be more focused on her job and not issues that are not of her concern. All the while she talks bad about people who are her customers making a remark to myself and my husband once when we were running a little late and we’re 2 minutes from closing she made a comment “you guys are lucky if it wasn’t for __ (neighbor of the area) not shutting up I wouldn’t even be here right now to help ya’s”. EXTRMELY rude and uncalled for. He happens to be a customer as well. Very unprofessional!!! I will not buy my $100+ bags of dog food every other week here anymore and I will spread the wo of her unfriendly soap opera behaviors to everyone. I certainly hope that she is out of there soon so that I may feel comfortable with returning but until then I will not spend another...
Read moreA++++!!!! Sherlock Hound 22 has a small town feel. The owner will go out of her way to be kind and attentive to your needs. My dog is allergic to chicken but chicken is in pretty much every store bought food. Once we found this store we were shown a few healthy dog foods that our Zeus can eat and he loves them all! You can also weigh the amount of food you would like to purchase, which was very helpful when I had no car so had to walk. Once the owner found out I was walking, she delivered a big huge bag! All workers would bend over backwards for their customers. I am not sure what we will do if we ever move out of Denver. This place has become my all time favorite. Sometimes I think I am more excited than my dog for the next time we have to go, and I don't even get treats. If I could give this place a million stars I would! Check them out, their website in...
