Green Bus Cafe — Restaurant in Denver

Green Bus Cafe is always such a hit whenever we're at the City Park Farmers market that we knew we had to try and get them as one of our vendors for our April 2025 Vegan Wedding. Amazingly enough, they were available and we started working with them right away! We had the pleasure of corresponding with Dustin, who is excellent at communicating and making sure all questions were answered. We opted for their regular full menu (Cold Brew, Iced Maple, Dalgona, Golden Milk, Matcha, Chai, and tea) with some hot coffee in case the Colorado weather turned on us. Majority of our guests were from out of town, mostly East coasters, so we knew they would be tired and need a pick me up. Heck, I needed the pick me up! My husband and I were able to head out back at Skylights venue where Green Bus Cafe was set up with some cocktail tables for people to hang out around and grabbed ourselves a Dalgona each. It was exactly what we needed to help us power through the night (we're introverts lol) and gave us more of a chance to talk with our guests one on one. Everyone absolutely LOVED the drinks and no one cared it all happened to be Vegan. That was one of our goals for our wedding, showing our friends and family how delicious vegan drinks can be! Now we did request a special treat box from Sarah (from Starfish Bakery) just for my husband and I. We gave flavors that we vibed with and Holy Guacamole, what a lovely surprise! Sarah knocked it out of the park! I have some photos below but it really doesn't for it justice for how delicious it all was! I can't remember all the names so please forgive me if I get it wrong, but we had double chocolate marshmallow cookies, peanut butter blossoms, chocolate chip tahini cookies, and a whole box of peanut butter chocolate chip blondies. All vegan and all absolutely incredible!! I had to freeze some to try and make it last longer but alas, two and a half weeks later, they're all gone lol Lucky for us, Green Bus Cafe goes to City Park Farmers market so we can get our coffee and treat fix from Dustin and Sarah, and they recently opened up a brick and mortar location! We're not in Downtown that often since we live in Aurora but can't wait to see it in person! I'll make sure to add more photos once we get them back from our photographer but cannot stress enough, how grateful and happy we are that Green Bus Cafe made our dreams a reality. I am so super impressed with Dustin and the Green Bus Cafe! We decided to go a different route for a coffee truck this year for Staff and Teacher Appreciation. I am so glad that we did! Being a vegan myself, I wanted to show a different option to our amazing staff at our school. I found the Green Bus Cafe and read about Dustin's journey to bring it to life. I knew we had to have him!!

He was so extremely polite and kind. We had a lot of staff (100 people) and some came back for seconds!. The drinks were amazing and everyone loved the oat milk. Most of the staff were not vegetarian or vegan, so to hear them all say that it was wonderful was huge.

We are in Highlands Ranch, and it is hard to find vegan options sometimes, so we were super appreciative that the Green Bus Cafe came all the way to us!

Green Bus Cafe is what you would want in a friendly neighborhood cafe. Dustin the owner is a great down to earth guy, always great to have a chat and see what’s new on the menu. The record player and throwback decor creates a very chill vibe. The coffee is fantastic, with everything from a simple cup of joe, to more intriguing dalgona, golden milk latte, chai etc. my favorite is the Chacca Maca Mushroom latte, which is like the best hot chocolate with Adaptogens and maca deliciousness 😋 !!
