If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I honestly don't know why there are a lot of positive reviews here. I stopped by to try this place based on the stars and reviews and I was only disappointed.

For starters, they made a mistake on the order (maybe for a good reason), when they brought the food, there was hardly enough food on the plate - supposedly ("half tofu and vegetables") but there wasn't much to fill anyone up. The food was greasy and very oily, hardly had any taste of a typical pas see eaw, not to mention that is overpriced compared to the quality and flattened portion, if anything I wasn't happy with my experience at all, over $16 of a vegetable pad see eaw was not worth it! You can get a better experience at other places than here, I know that for sure!

I have been to many Thai restaurants that had better flavor, taste, portion and were not stingy with the use of tofu and vegetables in their dishes so this was a very disappointing for me, the dish was covered and dripping in oil, it made me sick.

I don't know what people are thinking but all I know is that it tells me they don't know much about a good dish and meal at a Thai restaurant because this place clearly lacked in all areas. I would not recommend this place...

My first impression dealing with Beyond Thai cafe was disappointing. I was intrigued enough to continue on however. Admittedly I was hungry and dare I say hangry when I placed an online order through their website for delivery, I was at the hospital visiting someone. 15 minutes later I was notified that my order was canceled, no reason why. They probably didn't have the staff or too busy? So I called to place a pickup order, luckily they were fast and I could get it and back before end of visiting hours at the hospital. It's very average for atmosphere, kind of hole in the wall vibe. Personally as long as my food comes from a place that looks clean I don't care as long as the food is good. I got the pad thai with chicken, paid about $17. Portion of food was a little small especially for that price, and not much chicken. It was average to tasty, maybe 3.5 stars out of 5. Really I might have given the whole place a 4 but it's a little too expensive for the portion and...

Poorly run business. Online ordering is useless. Placed an order 30 min ago and they never made it and said they called me after I didn’t have any calls. I would be understanding if they made my order right away but said it was going to be another 20 min.

Asked for a refund but they can’t even refund orders themselves made online. Awful execution and customer service and an even worse experience.

Update: Again instead of making it right the store would rather argue about it and give a fake apology. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened and won’t be last.

You got it wrong so make it right which you didn’t and still haven’t. If you did the review would most definitely change.

I understand you were busy that’s why I placed the order almost 40 min in advance. Then you lie about calling me to verify my order once I arrive? Food is great the customer service...

This has the be the BEST Thai place in all of Denver!! I was housesitting in the area & was pleasantly surprised to find them here!! I tried many dishes and each one was more amazing delicious and presented lovely!! I spoke this the woman cook multiple times + she’s the reason I come back! The prices are absolutely worth the high quality that you will receive!! Amazing presentation + they really take the time to create special dishes. You can tell + the spices are authentically tie, and the owner knows her craft. If you haven’t been to Thailand, then you may not be able to compare, but she really does a phenomenal job of putting ā¤ļø in her work.

Phenomenal Thai cuisine in an unassuming package. Curry and noodle dishes were quite tasty and perfectly tailored to the requested spice profile in spite of an overwhelming dinner rush. Boba tea was fresh and tasteful also. Wouldn't hesitate to rate five stars but they are significantly understaffed. Front of house and kitchen are putting up a valiant effort, but their food is simply generating more traffic than they can handle. Wait times for takeout and dine-in will stretch unless they can get some additional help. Suffering from success, at least during the dinner rush. Really good food though and you can tell the current staff really care!
