I don't live here, so I don't really have a reason to leave a review other than to let anyone else who has a similar experience know that they aren't alone. We ordered the Chow Mein. Didn't get the noodles with it. We called the restaurant to tell them. They said "No, you should have ordered Lo Mein. Chow Mein doesn't have noodles." "The description says it comes with noodles" "No, it doesn't come with noodles" "Miàn means noodles. Chăo means stir fried. Chow Mein is stir fried noodles" "No, that's Lo Mein" ... The food was great, I'm more just astounded. The universe is on our side, because this was in one of the fortunes.

Honestly this place is not my favorite to be honest . It is not and. I mean NOT 1.35 a scoop that is a lie and false advertisement . I came in with 7 people in our group and we got 3 scoops each I paid 70$ every item is priced differently and not one of them is under 2.50 ! And half the stuff wasn't my favorite. Half the people in our group said they enjoyed the food half said that they would never eat again. So it's really up to the individual I guess. Just based on price I will never choose. This. Place when there are. Others way better. Priced. I just think it's funny that it's called 1.35 scoop. Like 🤔 ....scam!

What do you expect from "$1.35" scoop Chinese food? It was not bad. Ordered fried rice, lo mein, sesame chicken, orange chicken, and crab and cheese wontons. It was all tasty. They did pile the orange chicken right on top of the sesame chicken, and honestly, I could not tell which was which so I ended up with a pile of sesameorange chicken. The service was good. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Best Chinese takeout in the area hands down. Low prices, large portions, great food. I've been going to this restaurant for almost a decade now and even though I keep moving further away, they're always going to be my go-to for Chinese takeout.

Ratings:

Food 5/5 - Better than Panda E and other similar restaurants and never once in my almost 10 years of going here have I gotten sick or tasted food that was off. Easily. Definitely the best buck-a-scoop in the area, believe me, I've tried them all. The only thing that compares is Jade Cafe down the road and even then I'd say I prefer this.

Service 5/5 - Quick and easy service; friendly and efficient staff.

Prices 5/5 - Pretty much unbeatable. Food quality to price ratio is fantastic.

Online Prices (GrubHub, etc) 3/5 - They definitely charge a premium for online orders which rack up very quickly. However, it's hard to hold this against the restaurant considering the percentages these apps take. I recommend going in person.

Covid Safety 5/5 - All employees wear masks and the restaurant was one of the first in my area to put up the plexiglass dividers. Hand sanitizer is everywhere and they even put up the chairs and closed off the booths so no one could eat inside. They even place all your food in a box and staple cling film/saran wrap over the top if you...

This place is amazing, I've been going here for years.

To start off, the prices are very appreciated, if you want more than Panda Express for a little cheaper, it's about $5.50 -$6 for a Two Entree. In my opinion that's a steal, there are some folks who aren't able to eat MSG, so it's understandable.

BUT! If you are able to, and love/like Chinese food, honestly give this place a try. I know that it may be a small extra drive, it's honestly worth it.

The staff there are very friendly too, tho every place has the time and day where it may seem like they're grouchy. Plus, it gets quite hot in there. So cut them some slack if they seem like they're rushing you, it's a small business with family of workers who are putting hard work to make some delicious food for you.

At the end of the day we all want to go home and rest😴, however they stay there late at night to serve you, so give them a tip in the tip jar. They'll always appreciate it and give you the biggest of smiles I've seen.

Thanks you guys for being open, wish the best

(Try not to work to hard, you guys...

Wanted to give them a try but they were horrrrrrrible! Food didnt come out the way it needed to be. They were rude also. There is a big difference between the menu online and the pricing in-store so BEWARE! They blame it all on you. They wont take any responsibility for their actions. Their lo mein was spaghetti and had no veggies. Bland. Gross. We asked for chicken fried rice, it was undercooked and also no veggies or eggs were included as it should be. Worst place ever. Dont go. The customer service when I called was also really unprofessional and I was being nice to ask for only half back for the shitty food. She fought with me and then hung up on me when I was trying to reach some common ground by only asking for HALF of the $50 that was paid....
