WeeTea - Denver — Restaurant in Denver

NO REFUND policy, even for drinks that are never received. Unable to cancel or refund a pickup order that I never received and was never made. I placed an order online and noticed the pickup store was incorrect, so I called the wrong store the instant I saw the confirmation with the wrong store. That store told me to call the Denver location to have them make it for me, and they said that’s not possible and that there is a no refund policy. $10 is expensive for a drink and it’s insane that WeeTea is happy to steal money without offering a product.

I love that the online menu described what was in every drink. Ordering on a kiosk is awesome so you don't have to stand at the register for 10 min deciding what you want to get while the cashier stares you down. Great drinks, customer service and atmosphere. They could have more inventory so it doesn't look so empty but overall looks wise it's simple and clean. If you have a big sweet tooth I recommend the oreo milk tea with boba. Really disappointed by this place. I ordered a jasmine iced tea and paid $1 extra for cheese foam. The cheese foam was practically inexistent, so I basically paid $6 for jasmine tea. Also, the server encouraged me to shake my drink, which would have ruined the point of ordering cheese foam as a topping by just mixing/diluting it with the tea.
