Blackjack Pizza & Salads — Restaurant in Denver

My Pizza Was Soggy, Cold, Old, and so Greasy that I got Grease all over my Clothing! I called and complained and spoke with Chris the manager there and he said I would have a Credit for the $20 we had spent. I ordered from them again today and they only gave me a credit for a large 3 topping which I settled for. I also added an order of hot wings so I ending up shelling out another $10 and had to pay for delivery again.

When the delivery driver got to my house he stated it looks like you really got a deal here? I explained how they had screwed up my previous order, and tipped the guy $5.

When I put the pizza down on my kitchen table I noticed my whole hand was Full of Grease as if I had Just Changed My Car Oil!!

I was immediately disgusted and did not even take a bite of the pizza and called and was transferred to Chris the Manager there again. Chris explained to me how there was nothing he could do since they had already gave me a credit. I asked if they could just come pick up the pizza and bring my money back he said no.

My 3 year old son was hungry and opened the box and took a bite of pizza. He told me he hurt his tooth on a rock?! I expect that one of the employees or even the Manager Chris there put some dirt in the pizza or purposely dropped our pizza on the floor!

I a looking in to filing a complaint with the health department and or filing a claim with their General Liability Insurance Company for exposing my 3 year old to this.

Do not order from this place! Little Caesars is way better than this place and...

I have always ordered from Blackjack, I love their pizza but this is the first time I ordered from this location and I will not do it again. I submitted an order online in the morning to be delivered at a local brewery that evening and I received a call 20 min before it was due to be delivered saying it was outside their delivery range and the order would be cancelled.

When I put in the address online, that is the store that was automatically selected and it never indicated it was outside of their delivery range. I asked the manager if they could transfer the order to the correct store and he said no, I would need to go online and re-place the order. When I explained that I am not in a place to be able to do that (hence why I ordered it in the morning) and asked again if he could help me his simple answer was "NO". No I apologize, sorry this happened, nothing. Then when I started to get upset because we had 10 people that were expecting pizza in 15 min, he hung up on me!! Terrible customer service!!

My husband called the Littleton location and explained what happened and they said it was out of their delivery zone but would be happy to help us out and make it right. Very thankful to that manager!! I will continue to order from the...

I had Blackjack 3 times at my buddies in Lakewood. Every pizza order was golden and delicious. I talked it up so much my family decided to try it. I personally ordered it and got the 2 XL 2 topping $21.99 special, which was the same as my buddy. Apparently hand tossed is not the standard, but thin crust is (MAKE SURE THEY KNOW). Guy on the phone didn't ask my preference and mid sentence as I repeated the order hung up. The lakewood Blackjack always questioned hand tossed, making me think it was standard or if I cared for something else... sorry I assumed. I guess they saved money giving me thin and not so crispy with out asking. A microwaved tostino's pizza has a more crispy crust then the dough crust I had received. I have had pizza hut, domino's, and lil' cesars... etc. if I order a XL PIZZA I WOULD THINK IT WOULD HAVE ENOUGH FOR A 2 TOPPING ORDER. I got an XL pizza with spaced out toppings fit for a medium king. Good luck with your future and I am surprised this specific establishment...
