Cooper Grill and Foodmart — Local services in Deptford Township

Occasionally good service depending on who is attending the counter. We have had pleasant experiences with the gentleman that works there, but the woman is very rude. When we came in, she was on her phone. My mother-in-law was trying to ask for something specific behind the counter, which the lady at the counter didn't seem to understand. When we tried to help by pointing it out, she started pointing at us and telling us not to yell. Admittedly we were frustrated because she kept handing us the wrong items, but there was certainly no shouting involved. We left without any of the items we had planned on purchasing. As a manager in retail, I can say that I haven't experienced customer service this bad in a long time. And I would never allow something like that from any of my own employees. My experience at this establishment was above and beyond. The service was outstanding through the staff all my needs were accommodated in high regards to a high standard. Food products and other accessories provided a variety of services to choose from. I met the owners where they my visit a memorable one. Make sure you bring your phone to scan the QR code that takes you to the website to register & get your confirmation code.
