Jasmin was incredibly pleasant, no pressure, we were probably going to come back for a mattress since we are closing on a house this week and didn’t want any large purchases which she understood, gave me her card and we were walking out. At this point both the manager and the older salesman were like piranhas. stopped us to tell us all the great deals they could give us. Told me everywhere else in the area has the same stuff we can’t get their prices anywhere else, I repeatedly told them it was the first store I had been to and I wanted to check around to see availability (we wanted same day delivery for the day we move in which they didn’t have but we could’ve came back and scheduled a day), I felt like I was being bullied into buying something and for that reason I won’t be back. SUPER uncomfortable sales pitch. Sales associate had us lay on a bed for 15 minutes as it took "measurements" and then it recommended a bed to us and that's the only bed she showed us. And by the time we got to this ONE $5,000 bed, we spent almost 45 minutes in the store! My baby started to act up and we kept pleading with her to move along the sales pitch but she was soooo slow. She asked why we weren't interested in purchasing this singular bed. And I'm like, can we at least try some others? She begrudgingly showed us 2 more beds at a snails pace. My baby started to wail so I said we had to go. Then she had the nerve to tell us to stay longer and tell her manager what she could have done better. (we obviously told her no)

I visited the mattress we have house and met Joe, a courteous sales person. He provided excellent service and didn’t pressure me into making a purchase. I informed him that I needed my husband to try out the mattress before making a decision. Unfortunately, we did not make it back to the store that day. However, I called Joe today to place an order over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed, so I didn’t feel the need to shop around although my husband didn’t try the mattress, he felt confident enough to order it over the phone with Joe based on the information he provided, thank you, Joe, for your outstanding service.
