I’m highly disappointed in my experience at Ashley’s. On Tuesday evening, I went in and purchased a couch. The customer service that night was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, informative, and shared that they were learning a new system so we were very patient with them as they got used to it. We were told that night that on Wednesday we would receive a phone call to schedule our delivery on Friday or Saturday this week. We did not receive a phone call on Wednesday, I had to call on Wednesday evening to find out our scheduled time. During this phone call, the staff expressed to me that they were still learning a new system and that they were unable to schedule my couch delivery at that time. I gave them grace and was very patient. The staff member asked if they could call me back on Thursday to schedule delivery. I accepted this as I know it is a holiday weekend and they were learning a new system. On Thursday, I never received a phone call. Again, I had to reach out around 4 PM to figure out if they scheduled. At this time, they tried to tell me that they were unable to schedule deliveries still. When I spoke to the representative that time I made it clear that it was unacceptable. This time the representative reached out to the delivery team and called me back to informed me that she could set up delivery but it wouldn’t be until Tuesday. She claimed “because of the holiday weekend the times have filled up”. How could they have filled up if you were unable to schedule deliveries for 3 days while learning your new system? On Thursday, the representative then reached out to the delivery team and asked to schedule delivery as soon as possible. Unfortunately, because I never received a phone call on Thursday during the day when the represent to reach out to delivery, the delivery team was already out for the day. This meant I had to wait until Friday morning to hear back about delivery of my couch. This morning, when I received a phone call, I was informed that my couch cannot be delivered until Wednesday. The representative told me she would try to get me scheduled as soon as possible, but at this point, I do not have a scheduled delivery. When speaking to her this morning, I was told that she would send me a text message And the contact information for management that I wanted to speak to. I have not received this text yet and it has been hours. The management team at Ashley’s furniture needs to do better. Your staff is struggling and they need help! It doesn’t make sense to roll out a new system on a holiday weekend with big sales. You should have properly trained your staff to avoid inconveniencing your customers. At this point, I find it hard to believe that my couch will ever be delivered. Do BETTER management. I will not be recommending this place to anyone...

I went in the store knowing what i wanted because eugene assisted me the first time i went in and we were squared away. Unfortunately the second i went in to actually place my order Eugene was off. Lauren offered to help me however her service was less than adequate. When i told her what i wanted and she looked in the system she said they would be delivering it mid November so i chose other pieces that she had advised me would be delivered faster. I was told just about everything would be in before November (i went in oct 4th) after a month of telling me i would get all my furniture by the last week of October i still don’t have everything. She called a few times to let me know that my things were in stock and ready for delivery but wouldn’t have a date. I called about my dining room table a few times she told me it would be in the last week of oct when that came and went she said nov 4 when that came and went we called the store again SPOKE with a manager that basically said we didn’t know what we were talking about and had an attitude ( i feel like if you’re going to tell someone something you should be straight and everyone should have the same facts) he said it would get delivered today. TODAY THE GLORIOUS DAY I’ve been looking forward to we got a table delivered! However Lauren put in the wrong size chairs. (The chairs are too low for the table) we called to tell them this isn’t what we ordered and that we were becoming frustrated because this has been a back and forth situation since the beginning of oct. she said she would fix it and said she’d called within the hour.. NEVER CALLED so i called to see what was going on.. she’s unavailable right now.. never again going to this store it’s a waste of time YOURE better off going to ikea and building your own chairs than waiting for these people to deliver things you pay over 1k for. I had 2 neck surgeries and back got a small lawsuit and went there, according to these reviews!!!! I RELUCTANTLY GOT ANTHER MORE FIRM ONE FROM A SALESPERSON WHO WAS LEAVING THAT DAY!!!! By the third day with that one my hubby was on the couch, I called them they said give it time to break in!!! By the next week I couldnt walk! ANd wanted my money back! Because they never shared knowledge, about thes beds and delivered me bases with rust on them and they were the wrong ones! After the last nice salesman I dod my on research! I wanted a serta icomfort a model they didnt carry!!! I wanted to leave and cause a scene but my hubby wasnt letting me ! The man said as we were leaving o I'm sure I can order that brand! And proceded now we went to mattress firm just to try it and then was armed with knowledge, so long dry short I got the matress and when i leaned for my hubby I fell in the gap never happened with the last ones! Immediately called and ask for someone to come get this i had it! Took them a month to get a tech her he pointed out things i didnt c! And then write a report that reflected otherwise!
