Recently went for a friend's daughter's birthday party.
Pros: First thing is that this location is much cleaner than what it use to be. Seems to have newer arcade games available. If willing to pay a high amount , they do offer unlimited play for 2 hours . The Salad bar looked clean and fresh. The employees we mostly friendly. Plenty of space between tables and games. They have a staff member in front to help keep kiddos in . The pizza was pretty good , I had the stuffed crust. Not too much stimulation compared to like a Dave and busters. They do have moments where Chucky comes out and dances with the kids which is nice.
Cons: Everything is on high end of price . From the cost to be there and the cost of food . They do try to upsell you even when it's not necessary. They have a limited selection of food. They only have pizza wings and salad bar for the most part. Would be nice if there were fruit cup options or other types of foods that are healthy besides the salad, something for kids. $26 is pretty hefty for a stuffed crust pizza. They seemed stuffed well but would probably help if they had another person in the kitchen. There was only one person there. And it's kind of odd how you have to get your pizza at the window. The drink selections are limited to pretty much everything sugary. As a parent coffee would be nice but they said they don't do it anymore since no one buys it. The selection of toys you can choose from to use your tickets on are your usual cheap plastic toys. Not particularly fond of them saying that you can't bring outside food. What if people have a child that doesn't eat what they provide or a younger child that eats certain things? They have a big screen TV that is on repeat the same videos over and over and over and over.
All and all, I would recommend here if you're willing to spend the money. I'm Beef and that's...
Read moreIt's been a bit over a month since we've visited but the last experience was not a good one. Couldn't get a table unless we ordered food....which was fine. Food took forever to come out and when it came...it was already cold. Many of the machines weren't spitting out tickets bc they were out or jammed up and none of the workers seemed to care when we told them. Granted it was extremely busy that day BUT we pay good money for our kids to cash the tickets in for a measly prize. Also, the tunnels were very dirty. Some people feel the need to stop parenting when bringing their kids to Chuck E Cheese and were letting their kids take their food in the tunnels. They also bring their kids with snot running down their faces and then they leave their kids like that. I can't tell you how many little ones were running back and forth to their parents and the parent didn't even acknowledge their noses dripping like a faucet. That is not any employess fault obviously. My big issue with this place was the fact that no employee steps in when some kids are acting terribly. There was a group of kids screaming curse words and chasing a little boy through the tunnels that they did not know and they hit him as well. His mother waited at the slide for the bad kids to exit and instead, they hid in the tunnels. She wanted them to take her to their parents. They were about 8-10 I'd say. She complained to an employee right infront of me and she was upset...rightfully so. I know that employees at this facility don't make much money but they still have to enforce safety measures as well as prevent/stop bullying. I don't know of any other family place that would not only allow it but completely ignore it whatsoever....
Read moreOverall great experience. Some pitfalls that I think are avoidable but more likely at Chuck E. Cheese.
This review is based on a party scheduled where we paid per head. The pizza and games are all standard. Kids loved it so we loved it. Great safe place where you can let your kids run around and you can enjoy a breather.
The food was rather enjoyable and they were quick. The issue we had was a in the party. I want to preface here in case you don’t finish the review, they fixed all the issues. So first, the kids have two hours to play. However they keep calling the kids back for food, drinks, snacks, singing, and the ticket blaster. So two hours turns into 40 minutes. There are pause stations but they didn’t work on any of the kids cards. They comped us more time and free tickets. Management was amazing.
The guy signing happy birthday was sadder than a kid taking a final he didn’t study for. I mean he hit all the moves but a bunch of happy kids see a sad face and it kills the vibe.
The deal comes with two slices of pizza dip n dots and a drink. They brought out the pizza in a way that kids just started grabbing and we had a hard time trying to keep track of who ate. They gave us another pizza. I think that’s a fault on us as well but we didn’t realize it fast enough. But I’m glad they helped us make it right for our guests.
Overall. Had a ton of fun and the place was clean. Our host was a dear and helped us out a lot. No complaints and look forward to...
