Elegants Nails and Spa — Local services in Deptford Township

Went here on a whim, because I hadn't made an appointment at my regular place soon enough. Definitely would not go back here. Don't like to degrade businesses but I'm doing no one any good if I don't share my experience. This place does not give me the vibes of a clean salon at all and that's based off of all the visual evidence. Just ick. My nail tech was fairly meticulous and did a good job for the most part but serious communication barrier, and another tech, sitting nearby, decided to tell me about 15 mins through my service that my tech didn't speak English. So I looked like an idiot, thinking all along that I was telling her how I wanted my nails etc and other things along the way. The customer next to me thought it was funny so she decided to drop a couple of loud, intentional, "gracias" and "si" to her nail tech and then laugh. Sorry, I don't know Spanish. I'm not bilingual,(yes, I know basic words like most) .... but good for her. How rude. Honestly, grow up. And this, after I was nothing but nice to her and told her that I thought her nails looked great. I just don't know that I've ever felt so out of place and unwelcome somewhere like I did here, at this nail place, by the staff etc. Maybe because I wasn't an existing customer, but my money .. All $60 of it...

My best friend and I have been coming to Elegants for a year now. The salon staff feels like a family. We laugh and catch up every 3 weeks like clock work. Ava is my favorite tech because she knows me better than I know myself. After a long day, she knows exactly what I'm hoping for just by looking at a picture I have. She has seriously repaired damage done to a nail a previous salon left me with. I would be failing them if I didn't mention that Norbe is extremely talented and is able to do almost any crazy design my best friend brings her. Kelly is very detail oriented and meticulous about her work. She always goes above and beyond. I really love the pedicures the most, the organic pedicure, and all the extra pampering you get to experience, especially the big massage chairs. It really helps to calm me after a long...

Got my nails done, they were horrible the lady who did my nails also made me bleed. The filer she was using kept hitting my skin and that let it bleed. I kept tell her they are so thick i want thin and she kept saying will file them but no need and she made me so late and i lied that they are nice and left without getting the lotion. Because they were hurting so bad and i was getting late i had a flight to take. When i reach Florida the first thing i did was to get my nails fix . Took those horrible nails off and got a new set. the lady there said i know what are you saying this is not the right way to do it. Will never be going there because of this horrible experience plus they are not refunding me 🥺 i spend my money to just get them remove...
