FYE — Local services in Deptford Township

I recently stopped into fye with my daughter to browse some of the records. My daughter was signed up for a ( Vip & Magazine ) we weren’t told about the fees for the ( Magazine program ) until my friend brad told me he was scammed by the ( Magazine subscription ) months ago. This is highly unprofessional and very disturbing. Now I have to unsubscribe from everything which is a pain to get In contact with customer service. I highly do not recommend signing up unless you are told all the proper details regarding the programs they provide.

The employee was kinda short, dark hair, and a little chubby.

I’ve literally never made negative review for anywhere in my entire life but I feel like I had to. If I could put a review with no stars I would. Every single time I’ve ever been in this store it is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever shopped. There was a time they were BLASTING music and scream singing ignoring everyone in the store, no one greets you and yesterday a girl was sitting on the counter on her phone facing the wall and the other gentleman was sitting on the floor on his switch. If i could rate lower I would. Employees signed me up for their subscription based store rewards program without informing me that it was a subscription service. Luckily it was on a card i don’t have any funds on and saw the declined notification on my apple wallet.

Whether this is the fault of a manager pushing their employees to get more card sign ups or employees not caring enough to tell people they will be charged for something, this is very shady. Won’t be...
