Went to the store today and got help from a girl who was great and helped find my shirt. Then when I went to check out the tag said 20 dollars but wouldn’t ring up. I wasn’t sure why it had a barcode so the lady went and got a tag. When she rung me up it was 21.99. I asked why when the tag says 20 so the guy at the front said it was tax. When I looked at the receipt no tax that was the price I went back in and asked they said they forgot to put their tag on it and I could get the money back if they did a return and charged me again I declined because I didn’t want to charge my card twice for a 1.99. It was more the principal that the guy knowingly lied because after I went back in was the first time he said they forgot their price tag and he could give me the 1.99 back. Why he wouldn’t say or do this when I first I asked I won’t understand he also asked the cashier to print a gift receipt and he took it with him to the back. The women who helped were great but the guy definitely was doing some shady stuff to cover his own butt for not having prices...

Great variety, though I am a Phillies, Eagles and NJ Devils fan I was wearing a NJ Devils hoody while buying over $400.00 of Eagles merchandise I was being harassed by one of the employees for wearing my NJ Devils hoody. He was a white guy, not that it matters but I should have gotten his name, he may have been an assistant manager and on my receipt it said "Matthew". Two other guys working in the store were black and super nice as well as a white lady who I think was the manager. This employee really pissed me off and probably would have snapped him like a pencil but I'm not like that. It was the first day they opened I was excited to see all of the merchandise and having this store so close to my house versus Cherry Hill Mall is great but no employee should treat a customer with disrespect, I was contemplating calling corporate and probably will do just that, as this dope of an employee...

Instead of doing the exchange the worker Cooper refunded the money back to a card I dont have access to. He realized he made a mistake and called his manager on the phone. She told him there was nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to the manager Brittney who was very rude. She said there is nothing she was willing to do to make this situation right. After I expressed the way that I felt they were quick to call security.
